“I ordered 4 items for my son, but then realized that I had ordered the wrong sizes. I looked for a phone number to call and cancel the order, but could not locate one. The website directs you to use the "contact us" option on their website. I did so, within 10 minutes of placing the order. To ensure I received the Black Friday pricing, I had placed a second order with the correct sizes. By the time they responded (NOT timely) they said it was too late to cancel the first order (which I had asked them to do), so they went ahead and arbitrarily canceled the correct order (which I did not ask them to do). Then I tried to return the incorrect order. They make their customers pay for returns, so it cost me $57 on a $115 order, since I'm in the U.S. and they're in the U.K. Bad experience all around, no effort at customer service to make it right. I would NOT recommend.”

“I made a mistake in the size of a t shirt and send it back via the exchange form route. Chris wrote to me the day after I had sent it confirming the correct size item would be dispatched within the next 24/48 hours and a confirmation email was right in my inbox with the new product detail.
I was well surprised to having had a response in less than 24 hours after having applied for the exchange!
