“My t-shirt was sewn the wrong way at the shoulder part. Contacted VQ and they answered quickly and took care of the problem right away. No fuss and with quick respons. This is costumer service done right! Thank you Chelsea 👍”

“Charlotte dealt with a refund. I ordered multiple sizes as first time trying the company. Yes they take a day or two to respond but that’s okay. No quibble or issues, Charlotte sent a polite and clear response to issue the correct refund. Also, the quality is really high! Got many looks in the gym wearing the clothes as they look awesome and you feel like you want to train. The fit is superb! I look “normal” but the clothes make me look really good. Already made 2 more orders with them, and got sent a lovely discount code. Will be a shame to lose this personal touch which is what usually happens when a company grows. 5/5.”

“I have been very impressed with the level of customer service from Vanquish. I live in Canada and heard some great things about this company. Recently, I had a question regarding the difference styles of clothing and Charlotte was able to give me some great assistance. I ended up ordering a couple of pieces and look forward to having them. Keep it up!”

“On return paper that i send back with previous order i wrote what artickles i want and sizes, however on my new track and trace i can see that i will get the same aritikle which i didnt order this time. I send 3 email in hope it can be fix before package is send but nobady replyed.”

“Worst CS experience I have ever got in my entire life from them in the past two weeks. Delayed shipment(I have to email and ig them myself to alert thema about it). First time receiving items, 1 missing, the rest I sent back for size changes. Then sent me back with the exact same thing tho I wrote clearly what size I wanted both in email and the return paper included in the return. Second time, sent back 6 items, CS guy sent me back 4 items only, and disregard what items I asked to exchange and decided to send me 2 items less. I guess its a punishment for me for being annoying I guess. What a brillant CS team. Can't read email/return label and can't even freaking count. I never used to write any customer feedback in my life but I have to. The people they hire to do CS is honestly sh*t.”

“Great service and nice clothing. One thread got lose from the pocket from the hoodie. The service I got for this was outstanding! They really know how to the keep the customer satisfied and coming back for more orders! Big shout out to VanQuish (with a capital Q for the quality of service)”

“Great fit joggers/sweat pants. I ordered a pair over 6months ago. They got a tear in the butt area. I emailed the company and Chris ended up giving me a gift card towards my next purchase, even though I bought the joggers over 6 months ago. The customer service is prompt, polite, and helpful. I will continue to be ordering from VQ fit!”
