“I asked the bra which I wanted is padded or not to Chelsea. She replyed me soon!! and suggest some resolve so kindly! I decided to buy this product and I think I'm going to try another products!! So speedy, so kindly, reach your resolve so fast!!”

“欲しかったブラトップがパッド付きの物か気になり問い合わせました。 Chelseaさんという方がご担当だったのですが、質問後すぐに連絡をくれ、さらに提案もしてくれました。こちらの質問の意図が伝わっていなかったので再度お問い合わせしたら、謝罪と提案のメールをご丁寧に送ってくださました！！！^ ^ 問題解決も出来、スピーディーでとても良い印象でした。！ I asked the bra which I wanted is padded or not to Chelsea. “I wrote to customer services as my sweatpants had developed a snag above the logo only after having them a couple of months. I really liked them, especially the great fit and quality, so was surprised when this happened. Plus, I had bought from Vanquish before and had no problems with the quality of the clothes whatsoever. Charlotte in customer services was very helpful and prompt with her solution to resolve the issue, with no fuss. Vanquish is now going to send me a new pair of these great sweatpants. I couldn't ask for better customer service. Thank you!”

“Spoke to Charlotte from Vanquish Fitness and no only was she polite and kind, she promptly replied to my query about shipping. This is my first time shopping with them and I was pleasantly surprised with their customer service and in particular with Charlotte. Can't wait to get my gear, but based on customer service alone I will def. shop there again.”
