My last order had a small issue: I received the wrong color for one of the T shirt, I contacted the customer service and I received an answer the same day (Chelsea was the employee who took care of this).
She understood the situation, and sent me directly the t shirt with the the good color. Professional and polite. Never disappointed with this brand..

“I order a hoodie... got it and it was bloody gorgeous... material better than any others I've had before. The only problem for me is im 6'5 and I ordered the wrong size (im bigger than I thought)... thankful my mate is allowing me to try on his next week and ill be back to re order in a different size. I sent the top back... great customer service... sent me an email confirming receipt and refund...don't get that with most other companies. Will be back to order my new top very soon.”

“I didn't give Vanquish fitness 5 stars (however their clothes deserve 5 stars) I had to do a return and after several e-mails and over 3 months I finally got a rep that was able to resolve the issue. I take in exchange students from Europe and they like this brand of workout clothing. I gave them 4 stars because it took so long to get it resolved. Had that happened right away they would have gotten 5 stars. Just make sure you order the right size so you do not have to do a return. I am really happy to finally get the matter resolved. I am happy with the final outcome.”
