“There was some information about free shipping to Europe on the website, that wasn’t corresponding, when i wanted to check-out my purchase. So i sent an e-mail with some questions. Within 24 hours i had a response that they would refund the shipping of my purchase if I bought for that amount (like the website said). They took the feedback and let IT check it out. I am really pleased with the fast response and the service quality. I was helped by Chelsea”

“I was delivered the wrong sized item, I contacted them by email, and I had a fantastic customer service , she solved it really quick and shipped out the correct sized item to Me within hours. 100% recommend VQ and 100% recommend ordering from them again. Thankyou for your service”

“Here i was experiencing the best ever support in advances to correction my wrong size orders ! Purchased after 24hrs & i was found that a better fitted size again display on site which immediately contact Vanquish representative “Charlotte” who response just right away to avoid any delay this mistaken order ! Which absolutely bonus for customer could be more confidents & feeling welcome to shop again in the future (^_^) Once again, many thanks for the best Vanquish professional service & helpful support to spark up a big star ⭐️ Charlotte, appreciates & cheers !”
