“After placing an order I received a damaged pair of pants with the liner sewed into the back waistband. After reaching out to customer service with pictures, I was given 2 options to remedy the issue. At my request they immediately issued me a gift card for the cost of the pants plus delivery fee so we can order another pair of pants. They quickly resolved the issue and made us whole again. Problems are inevitable. What’s important is how well a company treats their customers. My son loves this company and we will continue to shop here!”
