Silly me, I bought the wrong size vest - but I used the return form and the very clear exchange process, and what do you know? I ordered some pants which fit great and some tops too.
Sadly the drop down hem style on the tops was a little too long for me personally and had to be returned .
Chelsea was fantastic with customer service and offered an exchange or refund option .
I returned the items and received a refund the very next day through Chris.
