(Which has happened on some lesser machines) great customer service to go along. Assembly took about an hour. Instructions are a a little vague if you are not one to assemble things often.”

“I ordered a bunch of polyurethane 5lb plates and they are wonderful. A bit larger diameter than my other-brand rubber grip plates but not enough to be an issue. The one drawback is that they do not have a metal ring in the center so they grab the barbell sleeve a little bit which makes load/unload a little slower than other plates. But not a huge issue (buys me more time to rest!)”

“The GHD took about 2 hours for me to assemble, the directions were good but could have been slightly more descriptive, it maybe took 10 min longer because of this. I had the thigh pads backward on one side. Overall it's a great piece of equipment, really well built, easy to adjust, and a great buy. Great value vs the Rogue equipment which was more expensive and didn't include the wheels”

“Purchased the H-Basic squat stand to outfit a corner of my garage. It is a nice balance of heavy duty equipment and small footprint. This squat stand can handle some serious weight. It really compares well with the Rogue S-1. However you get a much better value with the Vulcan as it sells for significantly less with shipping included. If you're looking for squat stands in lieu of power cages / racks, you can't go wrong with the H-Basic.”

“We are a USAW Club out of Kentucky and supply our Club with Vulcan color KG bumpers, and love them. They are low bounce, low noise. As a coach the low noise is a big plus, not only so other athletes can hear for coaching ques but also helps save the coaches hearing. They have great colors and looks. The lip on the outside edges are a big engineer plus, helps get plates laid on the floor up super easy. Will continue to supply our Club with their bumpers.”

“Just received my 500# set of Alpha V2.0 plates. The photos and positive reviews do not do these plates justice. I was skeptical about the colors, but they are tasteful and easily recognizable. I debated heavily between these plates and the likes from Rogue, American Barbell, Fringe Sport, Rep Fitness and dare I say . . . Titan. Although thicker than a training or competition plate (but thinner than a "crumb" or other bumper plate), the lack of a center hub to come loose, the tight tolerance, dead bounce and $/lb (especially when considering the free shipping) offer a value that simply cannot be beat. Plus, they look unique without being obnoxious, and next to no odor, which is a real plus. Well done, Vulcan. I am so pleased that I am going to add another 500#. My only complaint is the production sticker adhered to the inner hub is a PITA, but can appreciate that it does not adhere well to the plate, so the hub is the only option.”

“Belt is flawless.. everthing the manufacturer says about this belt is true. Doing starting strength program and was having a hard time with 255x5x3 sets on my squats. With the belt I was able to hit 265x5x3 and it was a breeze.. on my way to 455x5x3! I’ll write another review once I hit my goal. Was looking at rogue Ohio belt but Vulcan was cheaper plus it had double stitching. It’s a higher quality belt imho. I got the same feeling unpacking the box as I did with my winning boxing gloves, craftsmanship that can’t be duplicated in a generic product.”
