“I normally love Vuori products but do not like the material in the Miles pants. Not breathable or comfortable. Feels like I am wearing plastic/nylon that swishes when I walk.”

“clothes are nice, packaged poorly with envelope torn open, I knew it arrived when I found a shirt, rolled up laying in the middle of my driveway, the remaining items were in the package, please use better packaging. no exchanges is not cool. I had to reorder what I needed and return the other items that I'm still waiting on a refund 10 days later”

“Sizing is inconsistent. I love the clothing I bought, the fit, the fabric, the look, etc. But when trying a different item in the same size (both pants), the sizing was completely different. I’ll think twice before ordering again since trying on and sending back clothes ordered online is such a pain. I do LOVE the ones that fit, though!”

“After finding out that my daughter did not want the colors I purchased I tried to change the order. I did it within an hour of placing the order but the company said it could not be changed. Now my daughter has to return both items and reorder. Seems like if I had been able to talk to someone verbally they would have been able to stop the order and change it.”

“The 3 pats all fit differently. The WOMENS RIPSTOP PANT - LONG fit perfectly. WOMENS RIPSTOP WIDELEG fit like the pant leg was winger than the waist & the pockets opened up (tight in middle). LAGUNA LOUNGE PANT 2.0 had an extremely loose crotch. I would buy the ripstop pant again.”

“I love this brand I’ve been a customer for years but the sizing of the rip stop pants seem to change every time I purchase! First small for great then the next small was way too tight. Then medium fit great now the medium is too loose!”

“I had previously purchased the performance jogger, size XXS, in heather grey. Amazingly super-soft fabric, great fit. Perfect!! My most recent purchase, however … same performance jogger size XXS but different color (terracotta heather) … does not fit the same. The legs are much wider, especially in the thighs, and the seat was larger as well. I so wanted to love these as much as I love my first pair! So I tried to shrink them, washing & drying at hot temperatures. Although they are still baggier in the leg/thigh they do fit slightly better with a bit of shrinkage. Poor quality control overall. Disappointing.”

“The purchase experience was great. The pants were not what they appeared on the website. The joggers were VERY thick with an extra internal layer that seemed to grab my skin uncomfortably. As soon as I put them on, they felt weird.”

“The Fleet Pant I purchased looks terrific however the drawstring snapped on the first wear and the pants have been returned. I've been impressed with other vuori purchases and was surprised this item was not to that standard.”

“The products have nice materials and are well-made…just need to find an item that fits. The “retail experience” could use some improvement: The labels - including the size - are printed in a font so small it is impossible to read without a 10x magnifying glass The receipts to do not confirm the price paid per item (only a link to the web site)… When you do a return, they default to the price paid…but your receipt does not record this amount for verification”
