“I got the rip stopper climbing pant, which are great. The only problem is the color. The website made them look much more maroon than they actually are. They are closer to grey, with just a hint of maroon. The color on the website is pretty misleading, especially when compared to the charcoal color pant.”

“Wife ordered a pair of pants, same size- same style as a pair she already has. When they arrived, the new ones were 2 inches shorter. return policy seems to be a hassle when you don't live near a store.”

“I am a fan of your clothing line but it consistently too short for me and it is frustrating because I love your quality of clothing and as a tall male its hard to find quality clothing. I use your Kore short nearly everyday working out and love them and would really like to branch out into other products but am disappointed in the length. I am 6'6" and 230 pounds, it shouldn't be too much to ask to have legitmate long sizes that aren't made for skinny little bean pole males.”

“I purchased several items from the recent Vuori catalog. I found the materials to be lovely and soft and I appreciate their eco-friendly stance as a company. I did find the sizing to be lacking - the descriptions on the website are a bit vague so there was a bit of hit or miss. Thankfully they offer a guarantee so I was able to return a few items without additional expense...I only wish they had exchanged, as I would have exchanged the items for different sizes. I would purchase from this company again.”

“I ordered the same ripstop pants (size small) in summer of 2020 and they quickly became my absolue favorite pants! However, when I've ordered more, it seems your sizing has been adjusted where a small is a bit too baggy and a XS is too tight. Any chance you can make me a few more pants from the previous pattern???? :) I'd buy a few more pairs if so.”

“I forgot to add a coupon at checkout . Contacted customer service and they did not help. Said once an order was placed they couldnt apply a coupon even an hour later. Definite flaw in your system . You sell high end clothing I expect high end service . Not the case👎🏽”
