“The jogger in a long size was cut for a 5’7” woman, not a true long. I’m 5’8.5” and it was too short to keep.”

“I liked these pants but the material felt more like a summer fabric, and the legs were a bit short, making them less comfortable and cozy than other Vuori pants. I will wait until I find something I like better. I have several Vuori products and like them all.”

“All women’s pant products except joggers are skin tight and thin. I have 2 pants from 5 years ago that are fitted but not skin tight and thicker so they can be worn in cooler weather.”

“Easy to purchase and easy return, however merchandise sizing is off in certain garments. Cuts are either long in the body or sized wrong across the chest Need better QC.”

“Purchase was easy and shipping was fine but the item was not the usual quality of Vuori. The material felt bad and it was sized smaller than usual for this company. Perhaps it was last year's model and cut that sized and styled smaller.”

“Love the jacket, but wish I could exchange it for a small. I am 5’3” 130lbs and ordered a medium thinking I wanted it a little bigger to wear a sweatshirt under, but it was much looser than expected.”

“First, I do really enjoy the brand from my prior purchases. I still have many of the items that I bought in the past and are in excellent condition (favorite is the daily legging). However, the one I received this time (daily legging) had what appeared to have a pull/snag/faulty spandex, etc.? I was super disappointed. In addition, the other items were not as pictured on the site (colors off). My other disappointment was when I had received my birthday coupon and needed to exchange and Vuori reissued for a redo. That I appreciate, however, the new coupon code did not work. That was frustrating and I decided not to order due to that. Bottom line - time and again brands start out well and decline in quality. Vuori - don't do that. There is a market for a brand that provides a consistent quality product and that is what I seek.”

“I originally ordered long since my perf joggers are long. They were WAY TOO LONG. I then ordered regular and these are still too long. Am debating on returning or having them hemmed. Dr Mary Ann Von Glinow”

“I like Vuori products, but it is frutstrating returns are not easier. My item was the wrong size and my only return option was through USPS, who's hours are the same as my work hours. I planned to drive to the closest retail store (45 min away) to exchange, and read online that online orders cannot be returned or exchanged in store. Because of this I'm not sure I will order in the future. Items are too expensive for the return process to be so inconvenient.”
