“I had some past issues with the quality of some leggings that frayed on multiple pairs, you resolved that by sending new ones to replace the frayed ones. This last order was free shipping and there was no option for expedited shipping when I checked out. USPS was slow of course and I received them later than I had hoped. Other than that all good.”

“Some of the clothes fit and they are great! But maybe 60% didn't fit me. I am 38 y/o, and I stand 6 feet tall, 200 pounds, and have basically been in the same size clothes since I was 15. I verified that the sizing on Vouri was what was recommended for each item I ordered and found out quickly that these clothes are made for a smaller version of me...so pretty disappointed as now I have to go figure out how to return stuff which is a huge hassle.”

“The product was a Mothers day gift and when it arrived was loved. However when I placed the order the website said order by 5pm and have it delivered for Mother’s Day. I ordered at noon and 2 days later received shipping confirmation that it would arrive the Tuesday after Mother’s Day. Kind of annoying.”

“Medium size definitely ran small based on chart. I’m 5’8” 175 lbs with an athletic build and the mediums were uncomfortable small. Unfortunately they don’t take exchanges, only returns and repurchase.”

“Way too much friction in the returns process. It would be helpful if the order number was auto populated after clicking through to a link. As it stood, I had to reference a different email and physically type the order number. Also it’s not intuitive as to where you put the reason for return before being able to move to the next screen.”

“I ordered small pants and top for my wife for Mother’s Day. She loved the outfit but unfortunately they sent me an extra small top, which didn’t fit. Come to find out they sent me the extra small because the small was out of stock. Frustrating because we ended up then returning the whole outfit.”

“I'm finding your sizing to be inconsistent making it hard to shop online. A medium in one jumpsuit fits, but another does not. I've ordered 2 tank tops, the first medium was very small and so I had to return and then I tried a large and it was also tight. Yet the top of a size medium jumpsuit is baggy and gapes. I've ordered joggers that I had to return because they were too short. I am 5'11" so that's more reasonable but you should consider offering pants in length to be competitive with other athleisure brands. I want to like this brand but at this price point I can get things I know will fit from Lululemon or Athleta much easier and without all of the returns.”

“I like their rip stop pants and shirts. However they take a long time to fill your order and ship. The first order was frustrating because I was trying Vuori for the first time. I ordered several items on sale and a couple for full prices. All sale items were cancelled due to them selling out, but miraculously they became available the next week online, in my size and full price! So I’m not sure I’ll be ordering from them again. Unfortunately they don’t have a store near me.”
