“Love the clothes, nice colors but the order size was wrong. I hate the hassle of returning things when it was a clear mistake by the person filling the order.”

“As soon as I submitted my order, I realized Google replaced the city of Weaverville with Rocklin so I immediately emailed customer support to correct it but my order was shipped before customer support responded. I spent an hour selecting my order so it was a total waste of time because the shipment went to the wrong city and was returned. I”

“Hopefully this is for internal purposes only as the quality of the clothing is great but the shipping seemed to take forever. Time taken to dispatch shipping time etc. If there was something you could improve on that would be my suggestion.”

“The website needs to be updated. I browse regularly, and place orders. Twice now, in the last month. I’ve received an email stating the items no longer available. On two separate orders. Keep website updated to avoid client frustration.”

“The sizing between different styles is not consistent. I purchased a large in the women's jogger series and they fit great and then bought a large in the Miles Angle pant and they are too small.”

“Customer service was great. Quality of product was lacking. I felt the boyfriend sweat / legging was way too light weight. Stayed it was great for travel, no way. Tissue like fabric not going to keep me warm on an airplane.”

“Customer service was fantastic - returns are simple and efficient. However, the sizing is problematic. The cut must not work for me. 26 inch waist and 36 inch hips, yet small is too tight and medium too big. It’s too bad, because the pants are very cute.”

“Shirts are super tight. They hug your body. I kept the shorts which fit normal, but returned the shirts. I tried three different types of Vuori shirts and they all fit tight. Return was easy.”

“Loved the color but I am now too used to the soft fabric which Vuori uses. This sweatshirt was not soft. Sorry, wanted to love it but had to return.”
