“I was disappointed in the quality of the performance hoodie. It was not sewn well as there were puckers on the fabric on the zipper.”

“Purchased 4 of the exact same style and size tanks. 3 where packages rolled up and tied with brown string. One was packaged in a clear bag. The one in the clear bag fit perfect and the other 3 where a size bigger and did not fit. I’m returning the 3 that are too big. I ordered 3 more medium of a different style. I hope they aren’t too small for me.”

“I purchased Malibu cotton joggers and was disappointed about the texture. I expected a soft hand feel but instead the material feels stiff and inexpensive. This is the first purchase I’ve made at Vuori that arrived substandard.”

“When I made my order, I immediately realized that I had entered to incorrect shipping address. Within seconds of this happening, I emailed Vuori explaining what had happened. This was after hours. The following morning, I got an email saying that it was too late to change the address, the product was already out for shipping. I should have gotten my order April 30, today is May 3rd and still nothing. On the shipping details, it says that my "order has encountered a problem". So, I am pretty disappointed about how this was handled.”

“I received a different color performance hoodie than what I ordered. Wanted it for our trip back to our summer home in MN. I see REI has the same one so I will pick one up on the way back. Frustrating, but fixable.”

“I love all of my Vuori products, unfortunately the hoodie I ordered for my wife came with a damage to the stitching which left a hole in the shoulder prior to it even being worn. Please contact me to try and replace this defective unit. Thank you,”

“I initially loved these joggers so much that I bought three colors. The cut and style were great. Unfortunately, the quality isn’t there and all three are already showing pilling. Even on the butt just from sitting. The green ones I bought, the waistband string started unraveling completely and now one side is completely undone and looks poofy. I’m so annoyed. If you’re going to charge high prices then have high quality please.”

“My first Vuori purchase very odd sizing which feels unfortunate as I’ve heard such good things for a long time. I’m universally a small and I ordered the small performance joggers and the waistband is big for a small and the length is short. Really strange”

“I love Vuori clothing...top notch. But, I did pay for fast shipping to get an item before a trip and it didn't come on time. I paid for 3-5 day shipping and it took 7 days to get here. Disappointed in that and I won't be paying for fast shipping again. The shirt I ordered was of incredible quality, but I couldn't give a 5-star only because of the shipping.”
