“Poor customer experience. Clicked on several items only to find that they were completely sold out in every size and color. Why have it on the site if it is sold out? Selection of colors is not good. Very difficult to get matching/coordinating sets because so much is sold out/out of stock”

“I would give a 5-star as the rep said she would solve my problem and sounded like she would do whatever it took to solve my issue. The issue, ordering a shirt 3 times and the inside tag does not match the outside tag, but right after my call, I received an email with different info not solving my problem, so I moved my review to a 2-star . now I am confused how to move forward.”

“I tried on several 34 size meta pants and they all had different waste sizes. Yiu need to make your sizing more consistent”

“The item we ordered for my son - fleet pant - came in terrible packaging considering the price of the item. I recognize the efforts to be mindful of our planet but the packaging was unacceptable. Further, he wore the pants 1 time and the drawstring failed. Good news - we completed a return and re-ordered. He loves the pants - the product is outstanding. Simply reconsider your packaging solutions. Thanks. G”

“Shorts were fine. Bought them for my grandson who is in the military. Your site would not allow an address to military base. So, you charged me 9 dollars to send to me, and I had to then pay more postage to send it to him. The shorts were already 89 dollars(not cheap) so all in I spent over 100!! Won’t make that mistake again- will cross this company off my list and move on. Very disappointed. Will stick with lulu.”

“Your product is and was very good. My issue is with your security. On April 5th I ordered two shirts from you which I received without issues. I then went back in to order a third which I received a confirmation for but now I am told that wasn't from your website and in fact you don't show a record of that order. My credit card has been charged $39.99 for the item. An email from you indicates this item in question came from a fictitious site. Not sure how that occured but I am a little unsettled!”
