“vype e.cigarette is very good but its not working .... today I received new plug ..... not the lead to connect to e. cigarette ... need to be charge up ... nothing to charge it up with ... still nothing to plug it in.. please explain how to make it work Thank you Ann Atkins”

“I'm an immense fan of the Vype e-pen - it's meant that I've been able to give up my 20 a day habit, and I smell good again. Easy to use, and it even looks good. Delighted to see new flavours on their way - lower nicotine options would (will?) make it absolutely perfect.”

“Hi guys Am using the EPen as a device to help stop smoking. Have been using for approx 6 weeks with good outcome. Not much info on your site in reference to nicotine value of refills or cigarettes but have found some useful advice elsewhere so no big deal. The battery life isn't brilliant so have bought 2 pens so I have one fully charged constantly. The other comment Is the lack of flavours. I don't intend to 'Vape' long term, but if I did I could be an issue, also there's only one strength reinforcing that this is a alternative to smoking rather than a 'giving up' aid. I think the EPen is an product excellent and Does the job and I intend to continue to use rather than swap to another product. It's professionally marketed and the company reflect this. Your online sales are excellent value and save one a significant amount of money in refills. Thanks for the chance to give some feedback Best wishes Lez Thompson”

“I started using Vype 3 weeks ago, it is by far the best out there I have stopped smoking completely now I don't even use vype, the only issue with Vype is the limited videos, but you can refill them there are guides on YouTube.”

“I have tried many ways to quit the habit and failed, I then saw an advert for vype, I gave it a try and have not looked back,, to me this is ideal and helped me quit smoking, I highly recommend this product as a mean to quit smoking,”

“Not so good for heavy smoker I needed two tips a day as I didn't realise they were only 12.5 mg would be too expensive so I'm not using it”

“This is the only epen I find excellent! However it could be improved upon ie the battery life is short and sometimes the refills do not work and can taste awful at the end. However having said all that customer service is excellent, having been sent refills on complaining about the ones that don't work at all. Can't fault that! Just hope they can sort out the battery”

“I liked the product, it is easy to use and put together and I like the blended tobacco and the cherry flavour. It is light and elegant but I would welcome more flavours and a more flexible vapour realease (currently there are two settings and they are both too strong for me-maybe it is the nicotine content that it is strong) Overall a very good product and design. I haven't smoked since.”

“Very good but find the vapour very dry and not very strong taste. I usually smoke menthol and the vapour from a vype menthol didn't really taste of anything. Overall, good value but rather a dry gaping sensation.”

“A Great Product.I have quit cigarettes after 50 years of smoking.Glad to see they are bringing in more flavours and strengths. The only downsides of this product are having to re charge battery often and just odd occasions of the ecap leaking fluid into the mouth.I can live with these minor problems,as overall it's a really great alternative.”
