“I have a number of cigarette devices and was interested in the Vype device because of its small size and easy pocketability. I have been very pleasantly surprised by this product. The combined carry case and charger means that I can go for three or four days before having to recharge. I also find the tobacco and cherry refills to have an excellent flavour and despite the very small size I actually find that they last for a very good amount of time. All in all I was expecting to be disappointed for such a small products and yet I have found it to be an excellent addition to my non-smoking tools.”

“Excellent service. Questions answered immediately. (Although should have been on the web site) Tracking of delivery easy and easily fitted through the letter box. Hassle free. Currently 2 weeks in to stopping smoking, so this was a just in case. Bought the zero nicotine. Have recommended”

“The e-pen is a good size & well balanced. Tried two new flavours, apple & vanilla and they are just that. A good flavour of apple & vanilla, not a flavour that your not quite sure what it is. Very good. Price okay but I would like more choice in buying numbers. Not just pack of three refills. How about pack of 5 or 10 at discount? Good product.”

“The E-pen is very good and the nearest thing to a cigarette however the refills don't last for very long unlike the liquids and they are more expensive. Wish you could get the price down a bit. I ordered refills on line and they were delivered very quickly. I had a promotion offer so the delivery was free however if I don't have a special promotion I am going to have to pay for each delivery. I think that if you spend over £30 delivery should be free anyway.”

“I have been a smoker for 55 years, never attempted to give up, but over the last few months have been given it some serious thoughts. My son bought me a Vype with a few different flavours just a few weeks ago, so far it has halved my cigarette intake, it has not been easy but it is working for me and in time I will give up cigarettes. A wonderful product, small, easy to use, I urge anybody trying to give up smoking to give Vype a try.”

“I have tried many times to give up smoking and have tried a few different e-cigarettes and vapour pipes which I found all to be too strong for me. I was introduced to Vype by a friend, who had also had difficulty in giving up. Vype is the first device I have found to work. It is just the right strength. It is also more attractive than most other 'bulky' vapes. The Staff at Vype are so helpful. I have had to call on 2 occasions because of having difficulty on the website. The phone has been answered straight away by a friendly lady each time. I would fully recommend this company to anyone. Thank you. Tina Cadd”

“It's early days but so far I'm very impressed. What I particularly like is that the cigarettes are a bit thinner than some others and that the tips are slightly soft. This makes them feel less bulky and more like a real one. The charging case seems to work well and the charging lights are particularly useful for knowing when to plug it back in again. It takes the guesswork out of it and removes the possibiity of that annoying moment when, thinking that you are about to have a bit of a smoke, you find that the battery has run out. So far so good.”

“after trying several other brands of e.cig and e.liquids, without a doupt the vype range is far superior, but 1 niggle is the difficulty filling up from the the e.tank from the plastic bottles, the bottles are so hard and difficult to squeeze that u need to eat 3 shreaded wheat prior to filling the e.cig. hope u can sort this. b.j.potton(mr).”
