“Excellent works great but I have noticed since you brought out the new flavours you have increased the price of ePen caps, this makes them to expensive so will probably revert to a vayper with a refillable vessel.”

“Easy ordering process and very quick delivery. East to change the refills and they don't leak in your mouth like some of the other electronic cigarettes. The battery lasts a long time to. Very pleased with mine.”

“I have had a Vype since January and get on very well with it. After four months it became faulty and wouldn't charge. The customer service team were brilliant. They sent out a replacement e-stick immediately. However, it wasn't the stick it was the charging unit. They sent me a whole new pack and I received it within the week. The customer service aspect of the company is outstanding. The e-cig itself doesn't hold it's charge as well as it might, even in the pack, but overall I am happy.”

“I have only 2 issues. First there is no way of knowing how much is left in each cartridge. Two, there are times when the fluid comes through when you inhale which is very unpleasant.”

“I love using Vype, it really helps me to cut down on my smoking. I really enjoy the Dark Cherry flavour as it is very smooth and tastes sweet. I am very pleased to hear that you are now producing other flavours. I recommend Vype to all my friends.”

“Generally a great product that I'm using everyday, my two only critisicisms are that my EPen has taken a few drops and this has effected it's quality which I suppose it's my fault ! And the battery life isn't that long other than that it's a great product”

“Having tried two other brands of e cigarettes both of which had refillable tanks, and the first which stopped working after a short time, the second which leaked, I decided to try the vype. It was definitely third time lucky! It is easy to use, satisfying, and I have found the online ordering service reliable and prompt.”
