“We used to use Waitrose at Exeter a lot. It was out of our way but the the vast range of cheeses was a big draw. Then they decimated the cheese counter and put in a ridiculous sushi fish bar. Consequently the cheese range and stock was reduced and after several unsuccessful trips when our favourite cheeses were sold out or not in stock we stopped going. We now source our cheeses from elsewhere. Not a good move, Waitrose.”

“Very local. Too many ‘Partners’ loading shelves with trolley on every corner and thy couldn’t care less about the customers. Watched a floor manager and his assistant spent 20minutes chatting - why don’t they make it so customers can actually shop.”

“Had a problem with an enchilada kit, not only did waitrose change it for a new one, they refunded me too! Now that's customer service!”

“Expensive but great to get a pack of Quinoi from. Its targeted to a more afluent older customer I believe with many convenience ready meals which as unusual and worldly”
