“I used to be an extreme introverted before, which meant I usually stay home after school. However, my communication skills have improved a lot after joining here. One thing I like the most is people because everyone is so lovely and kind. Can't find any place like this that people come and speak English freely. In the future, I will keep my eyes on this community closely and look forward to participate in some events. I have a great time studying here in Wall Street English over the past 2 years. Thanks.”

“I've had a great experience at the Wall Street English Center. From the moment you walk in, there's a friendly atmosphere that males it easy to feel comfortable. The teachers are patient and enthusiastic, which makes it enjoyable to practice speaking and improve my confidence. It's motivating to study there because the lessons are interactive, and it's easy to ask questions and get personal guidance. There are also many opportunities to practice English in real-life situations, so it's useful to apply what you learn. Overall, it's a supportive place ti study, and there's always someone ready to help you improve.”

“- Teacher Yuri, Ibsen และ Jack สอนดี ช่วยทำให้นักเรียนมีความรู้ความเข้าใจในภาษาอังกฤษมากขึ้น มีความใส่ใจ เวลานักเรียนทำกิจกรรม จะคอยฟังว่านักเรียนตอบอะไร และช่วยแก้ไขประโยคหรือภาษาที่นักเรียนใช้ผิด ทำให้นักเรียนรู้ข้อผิดพลาดและทราบว่าควรพูดอย่างไรให้ถูกต้อง - ในส่วนของ Manager Edward ตอนที่มาทำงานที่บางกะปิใหม่ๆในเดือนมีนาคมและเดือนเมษายน ดูเหมือนจะขาดความเข้าใจว่า ควรจัดตารางเรียนอย่างไรจึงจะเหมาะสม เช่น ในเดือนมีนาคมและเมษายน วันเสาร์อาทิตย์ เวลา 13.00 น. หรือ 14.00 น. แทบจะไม่มี Social Club ที่นักเรียน Level 14+ สามารถเข้าเรียนได้เลย ต้องรอเรียน ตั้งแต่เวลา 16.00 น. เป็นต้นไปจึงจะได้เรียน บางครั้งก็จัด Class แรกตอน 12.00 น. ส่วน Class ต่อมาเป็นเวลา 18.00 น. ทำให้รู้สึกว่า เหมือนไม่ได้คิดถึงนักเรียนเลยตอนที่จัดตาราง นอกจากนี้ยังเป็นการใช้วันเสาร์อาทิตย์ที่ไม่คุ้มค่า ทั้งๆที่เป็นวันหยุด แต่ทำไมต้องรอเรียนตอนเย็นมากๆ แทบไม่ได้ต่างจากวันจันทร์ถึงศุกร์เลย - ต่อมา ในเดือนพฤษภาคม Manager Edward ได้จัดตารางเรียนให้มี Social Club สำหรับนักเรียน Level 14+ มากขึ้นในช่วงเวลา 13.00 น. หรือ 14.00 น. สำหรับวันเสาร์อาทิตย์ ซึ่งเป็นเรื่องดี แต่อย่างไรก็ตาม ในวันจันทร์ถึงศุกร์กลับมีแต่ Social Club เวลา 18.00 น. ทำให้นักเรียนที่ทำงานไกลๆ ไม่สามารถมาเรียนได้ เนื่องจากมาไม่ทัน - ปัจจุบัน ในเดือนมิถุนายน Manager Edward ได้นำ Social Club เวลา 19.00 น. ในช่วงวันจันทร์ถึงศุกร์กลับมา ซึ่งก็เป็นเรื่องดีเช่นกัน - สิ่งที่เป็นกังวลในตอนนี้ คือ กลัวว่าในเดือนถัดไปจะมีตารางเรียนแปลกๆอีก เพราะในฐานะนักเรียน ไม่เข้าใจเลยว่า Manager Edward ใช้หลักการอะไรในการจัดตารางเรียน จึงส่งผลให้ตารางเรียนในแต่ละเดือนบางครั้งก็เหมือนจะเข้าใจนักเรียน แต่บางครั้งก็เหมือนกับว่าไม่ได้สนใจนักเรียนเลย ราวกับกำลังจะบอกนักเรียนว่า เรียนๆไปเถอะ ถ้าคุณไม่พอใจกับตารางเดือนนี้ ก็เชิญไปเรียน Center อื่นแทนละกัน (จริงๆไม่ได้อยากพิมพ์ประโยคนี้ แต่จำเป็นต้องพิมพ์ เพราะเป็นสิ่งที่นักเรียนอย่างผมรู้สึกจริงๆตอนเห็นตารางเรียนเดือนมีนาคม เมษายน และพฤษภาคมครับ) - สาเหตุที่ให้คะแนน 4 ดาวทั้งที่เขียนเรื่องที่ไม่พอใจมาหลายบรรทัด เพราะ Staff คนอื่นใน Center ทั้ง Teacher Yuri, Ibsen, Jack, Coach ทุกคน, EC ที่ได้ติดต่อด้วย และพนักงานคนอื่นใน Center ยังคงรักษามาตรฐาน และทำหน้าที่ของตนเองได้ดีครับ - อีกสิ่งหนึ่งที่ไม่เข้าใจ คือ ทำไมหลังจากที่ Renew สัญญาใหม่ ถึงไม่สามารถเข้าดูรายละเอียดใน Learning Goals ใน https://world.wallstreetenglish.com ได้ ทั้งที่จ่ายเงินเพิ่มเพื่อเรียนต่อแท้ๆ แต่กลับไม่สามารถเข้าดูสิ่งที่เคยเรียนมาก่อนได้ อยากจะขอให้ปรับปรุงระบบตรงนี้ครับ ผมเรียนตั้ง Level 9 จนจบ Level 20 แต่ตอนนี้กลับไม่สามารถดูรายละเอียดใดๆใน Learning Goals ทำให้รู้สึกผิดหวังมากครับ หากมีข้อสงสัย โปรดติดต่อ เพชร บางกะปิ 00058 โทรศัพท์ 086-541-8209”

“ก็ดีอยู่นะครับ แต่จะมีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับอาจารย์ที่สอนไม่ค่อยดี ยังไม่ค่อยมีความชำนาญในการสอน และก็ไม่ค่อยมี energy ในการสอนเท่าไหร่ เรื่องภาษาก็ ok อยู่ครับ ทำให้เก่งขึ้นได้แต่เหมือนต้องใช้เวลาค่อนข้างเยอะกว่าจะเห็นผลครับ”
