“ขออนุญาตใช้ภาษาไทยในการสื่อสารนะคะ จากประสบการณ์ที่เรียนมา 2 ปี อยากให้ WSE มีการปรับปรุงและแก้ไขดังนี้ 1. สถานที่ในการเรียนคับแคบมาก นักเรียนที่สาขา Mega เยอะมาก(ซึ่งคุณน่าจะรู้เนื่องจากมีข้อมูลนักเรียนทั้งหมดอยู่แล้ว อย่าเอาแต่เงินค่ะ พัฒนาด้วยค่ะ พัฒนาแล้วก็ต้องทำให้มันดีขึ้นค่ะ) แต่พอรีโนเวทมาแล้วกลับเล็กลงเพราะคุณไปแบ่งห้องกับภาษาจีน 2. ห้องเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ใช้เรียนก็มีไม่เพียงพอ จากตอนแรกคอมพิวเตอร์มีเยอะมาก ปัจจุบันหลังรีโนเวทเสร็จคุณกลับลดจำนวนลง ซึ่งมันไม่เพียงพอถ้าเทียบกับปริมาณเด็กที่คุณมีอยู่ รบกวนพิจารณาด้วยนะคะ คลาสเรียนที่คุณขายเราราคาก็ไม่ถูกนะคะ 3. คลาสเลเวล 10+ มีน้อยและส่วนใหญ่มีดึกมาก (2 ทุ่ม เลิก 3 ทุ่ม) คนที่เรียนส่วนมากเป็นเด็ก ไม่ค่อยตั้งใจเรียน มัวแต่คุยกันและส่งเสียงดัง ทาง WSE ควรมีวิธีการแก้ไขและจัดการปัญหานี้ด้วยค่ะ เข้าใจว่าปัญหานี้อาจจะยากไปหน่อยแต่ก็ต้องแก้ค่ะ เพราะคนที่เขาไปแล้วอยากเรียนจริงๆก็มีเยอะ อย่างเช่นคนวัยทำงานเหมือนตัวดิฉัน 4. โค้ชกับอาจารย์น่ารักมากค่ะ ประทับใจมาก *** ถ้าอยากติดต่อเพื่อสอบถามเพิ่มเติม โทรมาได้นะคะ 092-2812215 (อั้ม)”
