“After a while with wse, i'm happy cause the inviroment at wse is so self-motivated. My coach and EC helped me a lot while I've studying. But I had a problem that I look foward to improving. The classes of wse is so less. I think two classes for one week isnot enough for students improve our English skill. And the time the student talk with the teacher is not enough. I'm sad about that. I hope that wse will improve 2 that problem”

“First.I‘m unhappy that nobody had told me there were two options of the learning way —online and offline. Second.I’m a housewife, I am usually available before 3pm,my kids is at 3.15 after school.The time that most of cc and sc is not suitable for me.So I just can join the few class. Third. I don’t know how the coach can help me.Nobody tell me what duties the coach is. I just know I can ask the coach to help me to book the class and ask for the schedule of the sc class. Fourth.please help to arrange the encounter class before 2pm,if it after3pm, I have to ask my husband to ask off for picking kids up. I really don’t want to do that.”

“1. Infrastructure I didn't think WSE provided such a poor infrastructure, from equipment to systems. I got it many times when I did either using an app or laptop, but it all didn't work (attach images). And the computers in SPC (some computers are perpetually broken) are all too old to adapt the user experience, this means they can't show all the lessons, and we can't find the whole sentences because it dropped the line or something like that. 2. Classes I don't know why the classes are fewer than in the past. Sometimes I have to wait 2-3 days to get CC, SC or even can't book an encounter.”
