“Dear WSE Vietnam Team, I’ve had a really positive experience with WSE, especially with my coach, Mai (WSE Q.3, HCM city). She is very engaged, helpful, and always supportive. I truly appreciate her guidance, and I feel very grateful and happy to have her as my coach. During my first months at WSE, I had the chance to join many SC coach classes, which helped me a lot to practice and improve my skills. Recently, however, I feel that the SC coaching sessions are a bit less effective than before. I hope this can be improved in the future, as these classes are very valuable for learners like me. If possible, I would also love to have more opportunities to speak in a relaxed setting, such as online coffee chats. I think these sessions don’t necessarily need a coach, just a scheduled meeting on MS Teams where everyone can join, share their learning experiences, and practice together as a group would already be very helpful. If WSE is interested, I would be happy to volunteer as a host for the coffee chats at the beginning. I think it could be a good idea to start with Vietnam WSE learners, as sharing a similar culture may make it easier for everyone to connect and feel comfortable. Best regard, Thao”

“I am really excited to learn Enlglish at Wall Street English. All the teachers here are supported, they always encourge me to speak out more often and be confident in speaking. I trully appriciate it. However, at two my classes recently, there was a sound issue happened when I were in a break-out room but I still heard other strudents' speaking from another room. At the frist class, the teacher could handled this problem by refeshing the room. But at the second class, the teacher actually strugled to fix it but not succsessfully, althought she refeshed the page 3 times, it sill didn't work. So I couldn't hear clearly what my classmates want to talk to me beacause of lots of noisy. I hope this sound issue never happens again. Thanks for hearing me.”
