“My ability in English has significantly advanced through my studies at Wall Street English. I now confidently engage in English conversations with foreigners and seamlessly apply my language skills at work and in real-life situations. Despite these positive strides, there are areas at my center that could be enhanced: - Introducing more evening classes would benefit those who work or study in the afternoon. - Diversifying and regularly updating content would prevent monotony and keep students engaged. Nevertheless, I firmly believe that Wall Street English remains the optimal environment for honing English communication skills. The opportunity to form new friendships and receive support from dedicated teachers further reinforces its status as the premier destination for language improvement.”

“sau khi trải qua 1 time với khoá học mình cũng có tiến bộ hơn chút xíu , tuy nhiên mình thấy vẫn còn một số hạn chế lớp luyện nói online, mình vẫn chưa cảm thấy thoả mãn với lớp học này, có thể mình sẽ tiến bộ hơn nếu đc luyện nhiều hơn . và mức học phý vẫn chưa tương xứng lắm vs khoá học nếu đánh giá học phý là 10 thì khoá học chỉ 8 .”

“- I heard that in nearly future, we only use WSE app in Encounter class, right? But the problem is the internet in ENC room is not good, many students can't connect in these rooms. So, WSE should make sure the internet is better before apply new learning methods. - WSE app is not good to use. Usually error or not loading. Website sometimes slow, but it's ok. - Thanks for Ms. Ái Nhi and Ms. Annie (Hiếu Đặng) to give me the grammar documents when I need. Thanks Ms. Trinh Nguyễn because she is supported me a lots. All coaches and receptionists are very friendly and helpful. - Thanks for Mr. Conrad, Mr. Sam, Mr. Thụy. They're really the good teachers. Mr. Michael is very hard in every ENC, but it's needed to improve his students. In ENC with Mr. Michael, I can learn many new things than I expected. But, in Michael's SC and CC, he just show question on the screen or wrote question on the board, and left the students speaking together. I think he should talking with his students more to make the class more interesting. - Learning fee in WSE is still kind of expensive for me. I am not sure I can study in WSE in longterm. I hope the fee is more flexible in future.”

“First.I‘m unhappy that nobody had told me there were two options of the learning way —online and offline. Second.I’m a housewife, I am usually available before 3pm,my kids is at 3.15 after school.The time that most of cc and sc is not suitable for me.So I just can join the few class. Third. I don’t know how the coach can help me.Nobody tell me what duties the coach is. I just know I can ask the coach to help me to book the class and ask for the schedule of the sc class. Fourth.please help to arrange the encounter class before 2pm,if it after3pm, I have to ask my husband to ask off for picking kids up. I really don’t want to do that.”

“Thay đổi quá nhiều Coach khiến việc hỗ trỡ học tập bị gián đoạn. Kiến thức của thầy cô khi trao đổi có một số khác biệt khiến cho học viên bị confused, như holiday - vacation, nên có sự thống nhất lại. Thay đổi chính sách đối với học viên khiến rất rất khó chịu. Ý định chỉ học hết khóa này, và không có ý định giới thiệu cho người sau.”

“1. Thời gian các lớp học CC, SC, ENC chưa nhiều khung giờ và đôi khi không phù hợp với lịch của bản thân 2. Phần mềm học còn có nhiều lỗi phải thoát ra vào lại 3. Phần mềm học online cũng hay xảy ra tình trạng không nghe-nói được với giáo viên, phải out ra vào lại”

“I used to be quite happy as a student in Wall Street before when I was an online student. But it changed a little bit when I studied in center, sometimes it makes me disappointed because of limit class for suitable time, the day s for EC class don’t as agreement…After all, I can see my improvement compare to myself from the first day I studied here. Moreover, I have some new interesting friends to study with.”
