“I am not very positive. Returning did cost me even though the site says it is free and it was a lot harder to get the return label than it should have been. Also it took a long time to get a reply from the costumer service. Once they replied they were nice”

“Ive surfed for over 20 years and can say it's a well made suit. There is one minor or major, depending how you look at it, design flaw - and i must say I did get very frustrated with it - the key holder..I lost my car key in the water this week and luckily was close to home but now have to replace it. All they have to do is give a bigger overlap of material in the flap part, then nothing can pop out by itself. because instead of making a narrower opening, its wide and the key naturally wants to jump outwhen you get tossed int he water.
Also to note, its very tight to get out of, Herceulean strength the first few times but it does very slowly start to give.I'd recommend the designers give more shoulder space too, a bit too much resistance in the paddle.”

“As said below, I was not convinced by the array of super-sexy models. But the product itself is very pleasing. Normally I would go with another outdoor company (brand withheld), who pioneered the Yulex wetsuit as an alternative to poor ecological choices. However I was swayed by these lovely colours and elegant designs. (Please use a variety of models, other than size 8!) Will choose again from Wallien.”

“The springsuit is a beautiful colour and material nice and thick. However, I used the size guidelines and measurements provided on the website (height 166cm, weight 59kg) and the suit is too tight around the neck, arms and thighs which is disappointing. Fortunately, customer service has been excellent and easy returns but I would have preferred for it to fit so I could keep it.”
