“When I looked at the reviews for Warranty Wise they were all good, but reading them they were all about the sales team their friendly manner ect. Although that is important the most important part is in dealing with claims. Well I can say that is all spot on as well, I was kept well informed throughout the claim which is why I have rated them five stars”

“Once again an effective renewal of my warranty with Warranty Wise. To date never had to make a claim but given the efficiency demostrated to date then I would expect that Waranty Wise shall present themselves in a professional manner”

“Failed Diesel Injector on 2010 VW Touran was replaced by main dealer and charges were paid directly to the dealer with no hassle, just a few phone calls and signing the release form, Would certainly recommend the policy and ensure you get the platinum cover if possible like us for extra peace of mind,”

“Warranty wise we're courteous, understanding and offered me far more coverage than BMW. I especially like their transparency over costs incurred throughout the year. They didn't push unnecessary charges and add one and fully explained every step of what was going on. There were a number of ways to pay to make things as easy as possible. Excellent service.”

“Although I have only twice had to call upon my policy with Warrantywise, I had no problems when my repairer made contact with them and repairs and Billing were carried out without any delay. I am glad that I decided to go with Warrantywise in preference to any other similar organisation.”

“i bought a used car,had problems with it the first month ie steering wheel shake brake problem,i had 3 month warrantywise cover, my car was fixed with nothing to pay (Brilliant) i have booked for cover when the 3 month are up,for another 12 month Peace of mind for me”

“All I am able to comment on at the present time is the quality of service provided by the representative that I spoke with yesterday to arrange a warranty, and that was excellent. Should the time arrive when I need to make a claim under the warranty I would be able to comment accordingly.”

“Great company and clear, patient customer service. I had the misfortune to have an issue with my car and whilst at first it was a concern Warranty Wise sorted everything out and organisation was smooth and the cover did exactly what it said, no ifs and buts. This year I have added my wifes car so we both have peace of mind.”
