Warranty wise Criminals, taken them through the small claims court got a judgment issued for the full amount which I payed to get my Ferrari fixed £9999. Next stage high court enforcement bailiff's I took out the gold cover with all the misleading sales from warranty wise customer services. Paid for a truly independent engineer’s report which gave my the evidence in court to prove they are criminals.

Warrantywise are a shambles. I had to take my car to four different garages to finally get the problem with my car sorted. The first private garage suggested by them which I took the car to refused to take my car apart to fix the issue so I was then told by Warrantywise to take my car to Halfords who also couldn't fix it which I had to pay £50 to hear (not them!). I was then advised to take my car to a main dealer who diagnosed the issue and several others, leaving me with a £2k+ bill. Of course, Warrantywise were not willing to help with this, only offering to pay a quarter of this bill, despite much of the work that needed doing which they rejected being important to keeping me safe on the road. Thankfully, the work managed to get done at a cheaper price elsewhere and was covered by the person I bought the car from, but not without a last kick in the balls with me having to pay the £118.80 charge to have the car released from Mini to go to this cheaper garage. On top of this, I was never offered any form of alternative transport during the 2 month ordeal, even when I prompted someone that I may need this upon putting in my request. This meant I was forced to spend over £240 on temporary insurance to get to my office-based job as the only other alternative at this point was to not go in, risking further financial implications. Overall, Warrantywise put me through a 2 month hell with their process. Their plan does not cover you for important work that may need to be done to your car and all the while they won't bother helping you with any other charges you have to incur while they stiff you with their rubbish process. Don't waste your time and money with them!

N.B. I have created on FB group for the purpose of holding this company accountable in court fb / groups / vehiclewarrantyscams please share your story there and get in touch. After only owning my current Jaguar XE for just two months (financed through Zuto with the additional three year "Gold Level" cover provided by Warrantywise). I had a message on the Dashboard stating "Incorrect Diesel Exhaust Fluid Quality Detected: No engine restarts after x amount of miles". I topped up the Ad Blue and ran for a while to see if it would clear, but no such luck. I contacted Warrantywise who advised that I get the issue diagnosed and request a repair under warranty by getting the mechanic (Jaguar specialist) to complete the online form and submit the diagnostic test results. This was all done according to instructions received (note the car is under 100,000 miles and under 10 years old and this matters with regard to what is covered). The problem turned out to be the turbo bearings failing (covered by the warranty). The mechanic mentioned that the seals and oil pipe would also need replacing with a number of other parts to the tune of £3900. Warrantywise flat refused to payout or provide any recovery services or hire car. They stated that the oil seals failing is this issue and therefor not covered. The mechanic at the "Jaguar Specialist" then (on my request after a lengthy conversation) replied to Warrantywise with a professional assurance that the seals were not at fault and that the fault was the bearings. Warrantywise (having not seen the issue and despite receiving all the technical data and full diagnostics report) dispute the specialists findings and still refuse after escalating. I have read about many similar instances of injustice on this site alone. I am taking them to court and both myself and my solicitor would like to hear from anyone with similar stories where warrantywise have blatantly disregarded claims in breach of their terms and conditions. I have created on FB group for the purpose of holding this company accountable in court fb / groups / "vehiclewarrantyscams" please share your story there and get in touch.

As an independent Garage owner I have now declined to take on any Warranty work related to Warrantywise. After dealing with this Company for a few years now we have seen every claim submitted to them be rejected even though the failure is documented and processed inline with the warranty agreement. The company will find any excuse to reject the claim and prolong the repair process as long as they can. The customer basically gets left high and dry with the repair costs. They will send an independent (1⭐️ rating) assessor out to investigate the claim (Their office is just round the corner from the headquarters) they then take forever compile a report to say the failure is due to “wear and tear” and not covered by warranty. The only good reviews are related to how easy the policy is to buy and hand over your hard earned money and then it’s all down hill from there…. Ed China should be ashamed to be the Face of this Company but I suppose all the money will help him sleep at night.

This company worms its way out of paying for any repair work carried out on your vehicle. Read the terms and conditions before purchasing any cover. "CUNNING ABOUT WARRANTIES "

I've had Warranty Wise cover for 5 years now and recently had to make a claim. Unfortunately, this could only be done by a main dealer which was more expensive. There was some confusion over what was covered but I requested a call back from a manager. I spoke with Angela and she was really helpful in explaining things more clearly. There was an agreement in place in respect of next steps and they agreed to a significant contribution to the cover cost of the repair.

STAY CLEAR. LEARN FROM OTHERS EXPERIENCE. Unfortunately I had to give Warranty Wise a one star as there is no lower options. Deserves COMPLETE FAT ZERO! Purchased a car which came with a Gold warranty wise and all seemed OK until the car has developed a fault. It was diagnosed as blocked heating matrix and leaking coolant! A repair was raised with warranty wise which was declined the next on the basis that the matrix is blocked and they do not cover blocked parts! This is absolutely pathetic because matrix can either leak or be blocked! There is nothing in the booklet they provide to indicate such problem. It's clearly written matrix is covered so you would assume it will be fixed! They look for any excuse under the sun the decline a repair! The warranty is not worth the paper that it's written on!! Please read all the negative reviews. I would not trust the positive ones!!! Probably the worst company on the market!! And they had an audacity to text me and offer black Friday discount on their extended warranty! You could not make this up!!

One star for the biggest rip off I have ever experienced. Dealership spotted wishbone bushes needed replacing on 2019 reg with 19k miles .Had policy that commenced May 2023 with a 6/600 policy so rang then and got verbal confirmation replacement was accepted under "wear and tare "as specified in their Terms of agreement. Took car to dealership and they completed the work but when it came to payment was very surprised to be advised by the garage that they had refused to pay.! Here is how small minded and uselss they were compared to the advertising........ Value of the claim was small and less than £200 of which I had a £100 liability No consideration to age - milage -claim value etc in their negative response. Result was I paid my bill to the garage and advised Warrantywise on the same call that they were disputing with the dealership over £100 that I had terminated my contractual agreement with them and confirmed it in email to ensure payment due this month was cancelled and all documented. Don't pay your premium in a lump sum or four debits .I fortunately chose to pay monthly that gave me the opportunity to test their value and credibility v marketing materials and found they scored exceptionally low in every aspect of my expectation . Read the literature but think twice and then think again of the alternatives from the manufacturers before you act.

Dreadful company there happy to take your money but as soon as you've a claim to put in. All they say is it's wear and tear and they don't cover that. Please be careful and read the small print and if possible use another company I rarely write reviews but I feel the need here

A SCAM The policy came with a second hand vehicle. I read it carefully and thought it gave me a lot of reassurance, it doesn't. Claim to be the "UK's best Used Car Warranty Provider". Would be 0 stars if possible. I couldn't find a local garage to deal directly with them, because of bad experiences in the past. Described them as "not worth the paper it's written on" I tried to put a quote in myself It took a week to process, with instructions not to get it repaired before authorisation, otherwise they may not pay out. They claim it takes 1-2 days. Did eventually receive an email saying if necessary I could pay the invoice and then claim A week without a vehicle, very inconvenient, especially when you were meant to go on holiday in it . No sign of a courtesy car, which is promised in the policy, that is only available for the 3 hours the repairs are actually being done, garages normally do this anyway. Of course they then wouldn't pay up. Read the reviews, positive ones seem to be how marvellous they are at SELLING policies, negative ones about trying to claim. Edit:claim 2 My policy specifically mentioned air conditioning was covered as an extra. They have declined to pay for that too, apparently because it wasn't pre-authorised, but I do have an email saying I could do that. I am so far £1300, out of pocket, because NOTHING I have claimed for is covered. I understand not everything will be covered, but surely I'm not that unlucky. As a non-mechanic, I don't understand the exclusions, which is where 5hey take advantage of you. DO NOT BUY one of these policies Currently in the process of complaining. Edit 3 After contacting the company who sold me my vehicle with warranty, Warrantywise have agreed to pay 1/5 of my claim, and the company are matching it, which they really shouldn't have to do as they are only a small company. Edit 4 Even after agreeing to pay a discretionary goodwill payment for an invoice I have already paid there are more hurdles to jump through, notably asking the garage to make a new invoice in the name of Warrantywise, for a bill I have already paid, plus completing another form. Then they pay by cheque, and only send them out once a week.

NEVER IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. I had paid for a premium plan for 12 months. These guys put pretty much every cover under wear and tear cause. I have broken parts which somehow without any evidence from their end, they have declined the claim and put it down as wear and tear. WarrantyWise looks amazing, but once you're a customer, it soon changes. What I did: Step 1 - My garage put in a claim for Intake Manifolds Step 2 - Got Declined Step 3 - I contested and wanted it to be reassessed Step 4 - Garage sent further details Step 5 - Got Declined Step 6 - Got told to make a complaint to customer services. RECOMMENDED: Look for alternatives, AA, RAC are better, as told by my garage. Dealers should not use WarrantyWise.
