Rude and poorly trained staff, inefficient and careless. They've been an absolute nightmare.

I'd give zero stars if it would let me. The property manager hasn't visited my block of flats for longer than 3 months judging by the outstanding essential repairs. Absolute shambles of a company.

I've just found this website and couldn't agree more with the majority of reviews on here. The reviews of this terrible company describe exactly the poor service that we also receive from them at our development. They're slow to respond to any communication and their service is unreliable. They're also expensive for the limited service they provide. They thoroughly deserve the bad reputation they're getting. It's true you must pay for quality but paying top prices doesn't mean you'll receive quality. This is such a company which over-charges and under-delivers. Thankfully we won't be using them for much longer.

They need to look seriously at their customer satisfaction. Their arrogance has led some of them to actually believe the garbage on their website that they're the best whereas the reality is their competition are streets ahead of them. Having experienced a number of property management specialists I'd rate Warwick as the worst. I wouldn't call them specialists at all.

I have an issue to resolve and I emailed the company to find a solution. I was emailed back by one of the staff in the company saying that she is going to deal with the problem. I was kept updated during the time to let me know how it was going. I was really amazed by the kindness and how responsible the staff was .At the end she managed to resolve the problem without me having to anything at all. I firmly recommend this company to everyone else. Good job team. Keep it up.

I really couldn't recommend Warwick Estates as they have a lot of improvements to make, particularly with regard to communication, quality of work, transparency and efficient tendering of work.

They're the most untrustworthy property services firm out of all of them. They totally ignored our warnings of a suspected water leak. They could have fixed it easily if they'd acted on our warning. But they didn't. Then the leak caused even more damage which could have been prevented. We now have to pay for the additional repairs and no doubt they profited from it by awarding the repair work to themselves.

Warwick was our managing agent for a number of years and they were absolutely terrible. We finally got rid of them at the beginning of this year and we're still sorting out the mess caused by their poor management. But things are starting to look much better with our new managing agent. We're now saving money too. I need to warn people about Warwick Estates. Their management and customer service skills are almost non-existent. We have now proven that Warwick was significantly overcharging us for years. After terminating our agreement with Warwick we've also seen a noticable improvement in standards.

We moved the management of our building to Warwick Estates as we were frustrated with the previous company. Warwick Estates have been a breath of fresh air over the last 10 months! Quick to respond, honest, pragmatic, helpful, friendly. Couldn’t ask for more! Highly recommend.

Warwick's approach to property management is a little too relaxed for our liking. We want essential repairs to be carried out immediately rather than having to wait several months. They don't notice what needs to be done most of the time. It's very tiring having to tell them to do their job. Ensuring the building is kept clean might seem to be a simple task but Warwick struggles to deliver even the simplest of services properly. They've been a major disappointment.

I would rate Warwick with 0 stars if possible. Unbelievably careless approach to property management and couldn't give a damn attitude to customer service.

Atrocious service!!! But worse than that, they don't care that their service is atrocious. They're so slow in everything they do. They carry out work to a very poor standard. There was an annual doubling of service charges. The financial accounts are in disarray. The reserve funds have been depleted, thanks either to their poor management or their dodgy processes. What a dreadful company!!!

It beggars belief that Warwick Estates provides the most appalling service and their staff know their service is poor, yet they go out of their way create false stories and argue they were just following set procedures. These set procedures are most likely to be instructions from above to treat their customer with contempt and never to accept that the customer is right or was delivered an appalling service. Why don't Warwick Estates staff go out of their way to understand their failings and provide excellent service?

The property manager never returned our calls, they were responsible for miscommunication and unecessay delays which resulted in additional costs, and our subcontractors weren't paid on time. I really can't believe the incompetence of this company. Seriously, do yourself a favour and never use this company.

It's basically a racketeering operation. They frequently offer certain services to solve nonexistent problems, they frequently charge for services that will not be put into effect, and they offer services that would not exist without the racket. The racketeering is mixed in with other genuine services, so many leaseholders don't even realise they are victims.

Not given the option of zero stars however this would be more fitting for this amateurish company who know absolutely nothing about property management. Those leaving 5 star reviews have not endured the poor management that went on at our development, they have not endured their Reserve fund being depleted to 25% of what it was when they took over management. They have not had to endure their development being changed to a stay put policy despite their own FHSRA finding numerous faults within the communal areas that would strongly rule out a stay put policy. They have not had to endure the EICR for the communal areas not being conducted during their management and being over 2 years overdue. They have not had to endure their fire alarm system being turned off, on being turned back on their sounders being silenced and eventually part zones disabled. Rather than attend the development to solve the problems that had arisen this company simply did nothing but pay out our money for a fault that was not resolved. A message to all directors of RMC or RTM controlled developments would be to get rid before they do cost you more than money.

I can only say positive things about Warwick having moved over to them from a truly terrible property management company who mismanaged our block - the difference between the company we used to have and Warwick couldn't be more different. Everyone I have had contact with at Warwick is professional, friendly, super-responsive and always wanting to help. I couldn't recommend them more, they provide a fantastic service and I just wish we had moved to them years ago. A huge shout out to Laura who has been an absolute star, always going the extra mile for us and just a complete pleasure to deal with.
