I had booked a day off work & skip NEVER arrived..allegedly delivered 200 yds away? Now re-booked for a week later..thanks to a nice lady from wasteonlline..

Skip arrived 2 days later than booked for and then not at the correct times..Avoid and use a local firm rather than a firm like this.

Missing delivery datę and because of that we haven’t been able to keep slot with our digger as no access to my back garden. They don’t care.

Wrong i formation provided when selecting the Waste type as Mixed which do not cover Grass and Turf. Not happy with the service.

Hi there, We are aware that our waste carrier may have left a note to inform you that turf couldnt be left in the skip. We are aware that they collected the skip anyway but just wanted to let you know for next time. As a general rule of thumb turf is fine in a mixed waste skip. You think you are signing up to an agreement that your company will honor however even though you agree a date for collection the Company seems to please itself when it makes the collection. You are given wrong information about when the collection will be made and you find yourself hanging around for a lorry that never arrives. When the lorry does arrive you find the driver is not confident about reversing into your property so he makes up a story that your skip is overloaded and unsafe. You are left with a skip for a further two days after it threatens you with a further charge before closing for the weekend. It appears to ignore its own terms and conditions, which are hidden away on the website, as within paragraph 6.5 of the conditions where an event occurs and the collection cannot be made on the agreed date a new date should be agreed and the customer informed. Of course none of this happened as the Company can break its terms and conditions without any financial recourse but is onto the customer for extra money when they think there is a breach. I would not recommend this Company to anyone nor will I use it again.

The skip was three days late being delivered. It is now three days late being collected. When you call the company nobody returns your call. They continually lie about delivery/pick up times. I find it amazing that they have the arrogance to think that we all have days on end to sit in and wait for them to come. I can safely say I will NEVER be using them again.

hired the skip for the weekend we are now on Wednesday at 5.05pm and the skip is still on my drive.

Didn't arrive until day after the promised date, which was annoying as I'd taken the day off work. It then took them 3 more days after collection date to actually collect the skip.

Delivered on time. Not collected when i requested. After speaking to the skip company direct they said they will collect whenever they want within 1 to 4 days. I have a small property and need space for delivery of new goods so timed delivery snd collection to coincide with other deliveries. Not impressed.

Skip was not delivered on the day promised, nor collected on the day promised. No communication at all to explain the delays. Very frustrating.

Skip did not arrive on selected day. No contact was made regarding this. Skip arrived very late the next day and again very little satisfactory communication.

Absolutely rubbish. Don’t waste your money on this company. They delivered the skip but nearly a week after it should have been collected it’s still stuck on my drive, utter waste of time. I’d have given zero stars but it won’t allow me to. NOT HAPPY
