Ordered a skip on Friday to be collected Monday and it’s still sat on my drive Wednesday waiting to be collected

Your bloody skip has still not been collected. I've just had to turn away the lorry that was delivering my topsoil as it was unable to unload. I will have to pay for it to be redelivered if your skip is ever gone.

The skip was delivered on time but the driver was supposed to ring us before he came and he didn’t. The lady I spoke to on the phone was lovely and sorted the problem out. When the driver came to pick the skip up he hit our garage wall and knocked the brackets off the down pipe I sent an email to waste online and have not had a reply. Not even an apology.

Hi there Andrew, apologies that the driver didn't call, we will always ask but on occasion they are under strict time restraints and do not stop to make the call. We will follow up with the waste carrier. In terms of the damage to the drain pipe I can't see that you contacted us. Skip was delivered on the right day but has not been collected on time and is now getting ridiculous. We are in the process of moving house and are now at risk of a skip blocking the drive on moving day. The company / skip providers don’t seem to understand the urgency of the situation and can’t seem to allocate anyone to pick up the skip, despite us getting a message from wasteonline that the skip should have been collected 3 days ago. Clearly wasteonline don’t manage the suppliers well. No phone number to call to resolve issues, you have to resort to an online chat system. Poor communication, poor service, lack of resolution/urgency in this situation, all for the ‘small’ fee of £200. Do not use this company.

Skip didn’t turn up when promised and then the second skip I already payed for never turned up and they accused me of not paying but when they realise I had they didn’t even apologise to me and it put my job back about a week so I would never use again

More expensive than local supplier, however convenient. However when pick up was organised, confirmed and subsequently not collected No communication was provided and when complain raised, they were unable to accelerate a pick up or offer compensation consider the lost days of work.

I ordered 2 skips. None of them delivery on time. We ordered cause we need it but even delayed almost a week

I emailed you twice to ask if I could keep the skip for a few more day as the weather was bad and we hasn’t done what we needed to do and I got no answer back and woke up and the sip was gone

I've checked our email channels and can't find your emails there, however, I did decide to check the no-reply inbox just in case and it seems that replied to the no-reply inbox that we use for automated emails. Wasn’t happy from start to finish, date was moved for delivery and then collection was meant to be Monday didn’t turn up so messaged. Then was told Tuesday even rang the company direct to be told yes will be today. No show again! Finally picked up this morning.

I have been waiting for someone to contact me regarding the skip that is still outside my house I was told that it would be picked up on Friday I wasted a day of my life waiting and yet again there was nobody around to give me any information this whole episode regarding this skip has been a nightmare and I can’t wait for it to be over

The skip was delivered late on Wednesday when it was ordered for Monday. It was meant to be for 3 days but was taken away FIRST THING on Friday, so, in effect we had it for at most a day & 3/4! I had to email several times before a receiving a response. When I asked for a price reduction, Gareth, the manager hid behind COVID-19 and disclaimers and couldn't even be bothered to apologise. However, I must commend Damian for trying to get the skip delivered earlier and apologising for the poor service. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone and in fact have put a review on Trust Pilot to avoid them like the plague!

I received an email on 4th June to confirm that my collection would be on the 5th June but it never got collected.i asked the neighbours to move their cars for access.after adverse weather conditions lastnight my rubbish had blew off my skip.i wish waste online would’ve confirmed the correct day they would’ve come

A huge pile of rubbish was left on the drive without explanation,we didn't think it was over filled and thought we had packed it securely? resulting in employing someone else to remove this
