Not only did they not pick up on the day advised, I advised them I was moving house and my removals needed access to the property via the driveway and we’re 2 days past collection and my removal people are struggling to move stuff. Additionally, someone has now kindly added a wardrobe to the skip making it over the recommended height, so I’m now responsible for removing someone else’s rubbish at a cost to me. If this was collected when it was agreed this would not had happened. My house move has been delayed because of this despite numerous messages saying how urgently this needs picking up !

Arrived on time. However over 5 days late collecting Unable to use driveway for over a week. Only intended having a skip over the weekend

When I ordered the skip on line for delivery on a Monday you phoned and stated that the first delivery slot available would be Wednesday and I said to the lady on the phone, that it needs looking at as i had employed 3 men to help me to load up the skip, then at about 15.30 I had to phone you to ask if the skip was on it's way only to be told that due to Health and Safety the driver had run out of hours and it would now be delivered at 07.00 Thursday, that is the second day i had 3 men paid to do nothing, Thursday I had to employ the 3 men again for the third day this cost is now more than the price of the skip, So maybe some credit for the next skip i hire would help me with my cost's, The skip was originally due for collection on the Monday and we had to put it back till the Wednesday, and was collected on that morning, I am a business man and I felt as the customer this time I was still the one doing all the organising, In a nutshell if you say (advertise) you are going to do something do it and never forget that the the customer should not be doing all the work that you get paid for.

From ordering to collection this transaction was unacceptable on so many levels! 1. Skip ordered online via website - shown as in stock and deliverable on the day selected (Thursday) payment taken with no problem 2. Telephone call from company saying skip not available as website had not been updated!!!! but could be delivered the following Tuesday. Accepted the change as needed a skip but had to rearrange the gardener 3. Email received confirming the delivery as not the Tuesday but the Wednesday - so once again had to rearrange the gardener 4. Booked a collection date - this was not met 5. Booked another collection date - this was also not met 6. Try to contact via email/telephone told both mailboxes full so messages could not be delivered 7. Skip finally collected 3 days later Totally unprofessional and unhelpful - do not use this company to order a skip unless you can be totally flexible on delivery and collection dates or just don't care as they apparently do not!

I didn't realise you weren't an actual skip firm only 3rd party and if I'd gone to the company you'd supplied it would have cost me nearly a £100 less. So in the future I will never use you again.

Although ordering was easy it arrived a day late and has still not been picked up even though it was meant to be collected 2 days ago

Web site stated next day delivery, which was the main reason I booked it. Only to receive a phone call the next day, telling me it couldn’t be delivered for a further two days, completely holding up all the project we were doing. I requested it be collected no later than two days on, I was informed they would try to arrange this and let me know, that didn’t happen, several web chats later (as this became the only way to communicate with them!) I was told the collection has been arranged for after the weekend, I only needed the skip for a maximum of 2 days finished up with it for 5 days. I had to rearrange all further bulk deliveries completely holding up the ongoing work. Nightmare..... never again.

WOULD NEVER EVER USE AGAIN. DREADFUL SERVICE - 2 day Late delivery, late collection, incorrect size (smaller!) sent, with no option of replacing for the correct size. The skip was ordered for next day delivery, but after paying I was told it would be the following day. The skip didn’t then arrive that day either. Only when I chased late in the afternoon, did they then say they had to deliver the following day. When it arrived, it was very small. I had ordered an 8 yd skip, but the height of the skip delivered was less than that of a 6 yd skip (according to the their website). I was asked to prove it with pictures and told to use it as normal. They admitted the mistake but refused to replace it as we had started filling it (yes, it was now 4 days on from when it should have arrived). I was told it would be collected on day 14, but again no one arrived or contacted me. I contacted them and finally it was collected 2 days later, although, at a time I specifically said NOT to collect! Unbelievable experience. Would never use again!!!!

Had skip ordered and confirmed for Friday. Was emailed Saturday morning to advise skip would now arrive Monday morning. Only had that weekend free to use skip so had to cancel. Total let down and wasted weekend.

Pathetic Difficult to contact, gave the wrong information, failed to deliver in the correct day and then eventually turned up with a skip smaller than that paid for. Completely incompetent.

We contracted to have the skip collected on 30 January and it was picked up on 29th when we hadn't finished filling it with the waste from our building project. I received an email on 30th to say it would be collected that day but Waste-on-Line told me the provider didn't do Saturday pick-ups. If that was the case why weren't we told this when we booked the collection date as we would have ensured all the waste was put in the skip by 29th pick up. The result being I have to pay for another waste product skip/hippobag at considerable cost to take the remaining waste that should have been in the skip that was collected on 29th. I have written to Waste-on-line asking if there is a solution to this problem and not had a response - not great customer service which is a shame as when I ordered the product the customer service lady, Magda, was extremely helpful!! I am still hoping that a solution will be offered.

Skip didn't turn up. Had to chase it my self. Had to get refund. Complete waste of my time, messed up the job I was doing.

I had at least 3 skips via waste online and had to extend the use several times . Sadly the firm got fed up with this and increased the fee as a result restricting the time I could have with this final skip. Unfortunately due to being unwell with COVID I ended up sending an empty skip back. My receipt stated the skip would be collected at 12:30, it was collected at 08:30 As a result of this experience I have ordered another skip from elsewhere. I won’t be using waste online again.

Skip arrived by early afternoon on day requested and was then not collected on day booked, with no communication to advise that it wouldn’t be collected. Then 72 hours after booked collection and with lots of chasing, the skip was then collected, again with no communication. Really poor service - wouldn’t use again.

Skip was supposed to be taken Monday and wasn’t , I emailed them asking to make sure it’s taken away as neighbours complained they said it would be gone first thing Tuesday. Didn’t go until that evening
