“Nice addition to plain water to help encourage drinking more. I like that there is no artificial flavors or colours or sugar. There is a bit of a baking soda after taste in some of the flavors of you don't wait for the tablet to fully dissolve. Also, I do not like to drink them at room temp, they must be cold”
