My husband likes the cola flavor, but I do not. Still like your blackberry best. Lemonade was very mediocre. Guess I have to go back to our favs like apple, blackberry and passion fruit.

The new Pink Lemonade flavor is pleasant but I taste more raspberry than lemon. I was hoping for more of a lemony tang !

Using a 16.9 oz. bottle, spring water changes color to a cola color. Tastes lightly like a commercial cola. Using a sparkling water poured into a 16.9 oz bottle it darkened the water. Obviously it has to be capped. On opening it fizzed and overflowed the bottle.

I initially got into waterdrop to try their microdrinks because I needed to increase my daily water intake but I disliked the taste of plain water. Although the microdrops were initially okay and I enjoyed the uniqueness and subtlety of the flavor, it was not a pleasant experience for me in such large quantities. In fact, the taste soon made me a bit nauseous and it was like I was forcing myself to drink medicine to meet my daily water goals. Considering the price, I was happy to drop this product from my list of ways to get myself drinking more water. I was, however, obsessed with their accessories, and the brand's aesthetics matched my taste. I've bought several bottles and other accessories from them and am happy with most of what I've purchased. But in the end, this is not a high-end brand for water enthusiasts (which I could have seen it becoming). Having bought multiple items from them and dealt with customer service for the few unsatisfactory products I received, I will not likely be a future customer. The products they offer are priced relatively high, much too high for the quality I see. Even worse, they either pretend there is no issue in quality or really don't see the issue (I'm not sure which I would consider worse in this case, but leaning a bit towards the former). Their main selling point, Microdrops, is a nutritionist's dream, and the flavor is nicely subtle, that is, subtly disgusting. In conclusion, so long waterdrop! It's been fun but I'm done!

The cucumber melon is terrible. It tastes like you are eating a cucumber. There is no melon flavor at all

The company has good stuff, just disappointed with my cup purchase. I LOVED the cup when I got it. The lid was fun to drink from. I was going to gift two more to family members because i thought it was so great. I had it for less than a week and was using it, drinking from it. Then it happened, I moved my phone to the other side of me, and it happened to tap my glass cup during the move. The tap was not hard, not uncontrolled not careless, but a small accidental tap, unrushed. And then CRACK! It cracked! In less than a week! And when I contacted them about it for a cup replacement, the retribution I receive is just $10 off next purchase. My cup is cracked. In less than 1 week of ownership. I expected it to be a little more durable than breakage by cell phone edge. Just be ready for a weak cup. It's great, but flimsier than it feels. I wasn't expecting this. I'm severely disappointed.

Boost used to be my absolute favorite, but something has changed. Maybe it is my tastebuds, I don’t know. I guess I’m going to have to like it for now because I have a ton of it.

I ordered the bottle with the lid. Unfortunately, the lid did not come with the package. After going back and forth with customer service, I was able to get the lid sent. The color of the lid was not what was displayed in the image. The customer service was poor as the first agent refused to send me a lid and was nonresponsive to my emails. It also almost seemed like they did not read my emails all the way through as the response I would get from them never addressed any of my issues. The second agent was much more proactive.

I like their products but having to deal with customer service is a hassle. I ordered a cup and microdrinks. My package arrived without the drink pods. They make it difficult to communicate and resolve the issue. When you email, different customer service reps respond so it drags the process. They ask for a picture of the contents in the box of how it arrived and a picture of the label when something is missing. That is fine but I had to send it three times because three different customer service representatives are emailing me back. One reps snarky response is I have a picture of a box inside a box BUT that’s how the glass cup came! So now I needed to send another photo of the product. This is the back and forth for over a week and it’s still not resolved.

I wanted to love this flavor like I do the Iced Tea Peach, but I didn’t. It was a bit too bland for my liking. Do you have something with a blackberry or blueberry base that is naturally sweeter?

I love these bottles, but they do break fairly easily. My mom and I are both on our second bottles now, she dropped hers on the garage floor and it shattered. Mine I simply filled with cold water and the pressure changed and it broke on its own. I ordered the pretty green one as my replacement and sadly it didn’t come with a sleeve, so now I have to be extra careful using it.

Second one I’ve had that the straw broke on. They don’t leak, which is amazing. I dropped the first lid and the straw that folds down broke near the base. I figured it was an anomaly and I liked the tumbler so much I ordered a second. However, it happened a second time falling off the counter while I was washing it. I don’t know if it’s because it’s a different plastic or what, because the rest I’d the lid was fine both times. Makes me sad cause it’s great other than that.

This is a good flavor but I’m disappointed that the original flavors that brought me to Waterdrop have been discontinued. Vibe, Zen, etc. now all we can get is tea and berries. Just as boring as all the other options out there. Go back to your roots!

Was disappointed in customer service. The Wedendsay before black friday. they had 50% off signs all over the store. When I went to purchase he said those signs were for black friday. Not very honest
