“Are you old enough to remember when reusable stainless bottles came out? That is when I purchased my first Klean Kanteen bottle. It lasted for 20 years and finally kicked the bucket when the lid fell apart on me. 20 years!!! Wanting to try a new brand and researching this one, I invested the money. The first few days I was in love! I had never tried a sports cap before and it was super convenient and practical for my active lifestyle as a new mom, running a cat rescue, and working part-time at a delivery company. The construction of the whole system is aesthetically pleasing and it feels good in the hand and fits in cup holders. But I put it on a carabiner- smooth, round and strong enough to hold the bottle attached to my belt bag, and within 30 mins the cap loop snapped and my brand new $41 bottle came crashing to the ground. It's dented, the loop is forever broken without purchasing another, and I'm frustrated. I went back on their website and purchased a metal cap so when that comes I'll update on that review. I REALLY like the bottle, I just wish the cap was sturdier. Seems like a pretty big blind spot considering they advertise pictures of their bottle attached to a carabiner backpacking. Really hoping the metal cap helps even if I lose that loop feature!”

“I tried the microdrinks at my moms, which convinced me to get it for myself. The flavor cubes make hydrating easier and are tasty, I like the range of choices. The LUCY cap however was very disappointing. It doesn't measure accurately and is cumbersome in its use. I wish it would measure how much I drink and send reminders based on that, not on a fixed time. Orders take a long time between confirmation and shipping and the prices are not exactly accessible.”

“So I really, really like waterdrop. I only shop about twice a year for the “big sales”. I see Sam’s club sells it now, for way cheaper than I got it online. Slightly irritating..but I’ve learned to buy at Sam’s club now”

“The water bottle is decent; however, if you plan on returning and/or exchanging, be prepared to pay the return shipping cost. This is probably the only company that doesn’t cover shipping for an exchange (a bit dramatic, I know, but sheesh). I wanted to exchange silver for black because my son didn’t like the silver but I had to print the label, pay shipping to return, then reorder the color he wants. I decided against doing all that and just decided I won’t be ordering from this company again. Amazon prime has me spoiled, I suppose.”

“First thing i noticed is they changed the recipe for youth. It does not taste the same. It used to be my number one favorite. Now its my least favorite. I would go as far to say its disgusting. It tastes more like peach tea. I hate peach tea. The other flavors pretty much are the same and still taste good. Im just so upset at youth. I used to love this flavor. I think they took the aloe vera out but whatever it is its just not the same by far.”

“First off let’s say I love the look of this bottle. But unfortunately I am disappointed in so many things. This bottle is not double walled like the rest of their bottles are, but costs like it is. It therefore does not keep it as cool as it should. The inner piece is great for washing as removal is easy. BUT this piece leaks all the time if it’s not in and if it is then the kid can’t get a decent swig of water so even my 2 yo gets tired of using it. The cute little cap keeps the spout clean and is anchored so that’s helpful. But mostly the spout is annoying to get anything out of or it leaks like crazy without the valve in it. Great looks and seems thought out but really need to alter the spout so he can use it bc it leaks or he can’t get any water out. Also side note if this is for tiny children why is it so fat they can’t hold it in their tiny hands? Maybe a handle or make it thin. It’s so thick it doesn’t fit in kids car seats cupholders, which also makes him upset. Sorry but it’s a miss for my toddler.”

“I love Waterdrop products. Only three stars due to last bottle I purchased, "All purpose thermo classic" with an extra lid "spout lid" which leaks. The original lid with the bottle is fine and does not leak. I don't like using it to drink with, it's a wide mouth opening. The "spout lid" is like the glass bottles. No matter how tight I twist it in the bottle it still leaks.”
