“The water packets are good except for a very short shelf life. Some flavors taste artificial with a strong after taste from the sugar substitute they use. Others are very pleasant. Disappointed that I bought many packs and they have a one month expiration date. Customer service was helpful regarding the mold that developed in my glass water bottle, but not helpful or knowledgeable when discussing the expiration dates. I feel they weren't very transparent about the quick expiration date. These packs are too expensive to expire so quickly. The matte ceramic water glasses are very nice. I think they are the best product they sell. They're really lovely and would re-purchase. Not sure if I would repurchase the water vitamin packs though. Better to buy in a store where you can check the expiration date.”

“Love is my favorite flavor. When my order came it was a bit different than what I normally receive. This version of Love has no pomegranate in it. It's ok but just not what I expected. It's goo$ but a bit disappointing.”

“I was very surprised at the Use by dates on some of the drops I ordered. Not happy to see that 2 of my items will expire in a months time, while another doesn't expire until January of 2024. I feel like two of the boxes were sent so they could get rid of them & not lose money on them. I would be happy to see an expiration of at least 4-6 months out, not next month.”

“PULL-UP CAP This is really convenient and I love the soft edge to sip from and the variety of colours. However, the first time I dropped my bottle, the handle broke, so hard plastic is not the best material. My husband ground down the sharp edges so I can still use it, but my other issue is that I can't take it apart to clean it. Even just water eventually starts moulding when it can't dry out; I used bleach spray and a brush to try and dig out the black yuck in the mouthpiece and I'm hoping that works.”

“I love all things watermelon-flavored, but the watermelon flavor in this microdrink is almost entirely absent. Instead, the flavor of cucumber is very strong. The thyme is nearly imperceptible. It tastes just like fresh cucumber water, so if you like that taste, you'll like this flavor. But I was hoping for a good watermelon flavor. (How about making a nice refreshing watermelon-strawberry-mint flavor, Waterdrop?)”

“Theirs been a sharp decline in quality as soon as they made them sugar-free. There had been a gram or two of sugar in each cube beforehand. They were better tasting then, and with my activity level this sugar was negligible.”

“I like adding waterdrop flavor (microdrink) to my water. I already drink a lot of water but I do drink way more now. Their customer service is lacking. They definitely need to work on customer service.”
