“I love these bottles, but they do break fairly easily. My mom and I are both on our second bottles now, she dropped hers on the garage floor and it shattered. Mine I simply filled with cold water and the pressure changed and it broke on its own. I ordered the pretty green one as my replacement and sadly it didn’t come with a sleeve, so now I have to be extra careful using it.”

“Second one I’ve had that the straw broke on. They don’t leak, which is amazing. I dropped the first lid and the straw that folds down broke near the base. I figured it was an anomaly and I liked the tumbler so much I ordered a second. However, it happened a second time falling off the counter while I was washing it. I don’t know if it’s because it’s a different plastic or what, because the rest I’d the lid was fine both times. Makes me sad cause it’s great other than that.”

“This is a good flavor but I’m disappointed that the original flavors that brought me to Waterdrop have been discontinued. Vibe, Zen, etc. now all we can get is tea and berries. Just as boring as all the other options out there. Go back to your roots!”

“Was disappointed in customer service. The Wedendsay before black friday. they had 50% off signs all over the store. When I went to purchase he said those signs were for black friday. Not very honest”

“The product/flavors are great. Customer service and shipping is a problem. I waited over 2 weeks after I placed my order before reaching out about when my order would ship. 2 days after that I was sent a tracking number and received everything a day later. I've since received multiple emails from customer service asking what the issue was. I just wanted communication.”

“I like the flavors and choices of Waterdrop. I thought that I was hooked on the glass water bottle. I even purchased the ice cube tray that makes ice cubes that fit the bottle. I could not get used to drinking tepid water and have since returned to my former water bottle with the large opening so I can add ice cubes. I should have predicted this but I was taken in by the advertising. Thank you.”

“I was not a fan. Maybe it was the flavors, but it made the water taste weirdly sweet. Some of the flavors were not bad, I liked blackberry, the mango and the raspberry. The others I did not like. In another order, I got the cola and liked that.”

“Love some of the flavors! Cannot believe they discontinued the best one (“Glow”) so I’m on the hunt for a good alternative now that it’s gone. Zen and Breeze are decent refreshing flavors that are not artificial tasting or overpowering! Some are hits while others are big misses, like Koko Pina, which tasted like sweat-infused water. Haven’t found that one great replacement for my beloved Glow, but I enjoy at least one of the other flavors enough to keep coming back.”
