“I still haven’t received my order. It was originally placed on April 4. Today is April 25. You have had two opportunities to send me what I ordered and you have failed both times. We are a household that orders things online regularly. We have never had an issue with a company shipping their product until yours. I would really just prefer you refund what I paid you since you are clearly not capable of fulfilling an order.”

“Slow customer service, ordered April 2, hit lost in the mail or wrong address, not sure. Either way 24-48 hours between email responses meanwhile I'm out of WaterDrop product, told them I'm out, think you would just send another order out overnight. Nope April 20th, still no new order sent out.”

“I am very upset with my order due to the fact that this is the second time I’ve tried to order the peach and again you continue to send me peach ginger where on the box does it say peach ginger and the box is totally different. Please see the photo below. If you don’t have peach, don’t send it. Tell somebody you don’t have peach and just say would you like peach ginger?”

“I was sent someone else’s order and I am still waiting for waterdrop to respond with a resolution. It has been 2 weeks. Very bad experience so far. Email is only option to contact this company so I have no idea if anyone is even working on my issue or if I will ever receive what I ordered and paid for.”

“While I been using Waterdrop daily for hydration for over a year now sadly my purchasing is coming to an end. I can't understand how this company can't keep the popular flavors in stock. I have 4 flavors that I have been buying since August of 2023 and now I can't buy any of them because SOLD OUT. This is not acceptable. So while I relied on Waterdrop for my daily hydration for over a year sadly it comes to an end. I do not know how this company can improve its inventory but it needs to.
