“Can you please take me off your mailing. This stuff tastes horrible. Please stop sending it to me. I have 3 cases of it and I don't know what to do with it. Do you have phone number. I was trying to call you to stop the order and there was none. Thank you.”

“I did not like the taste. Way too sweet and I also didn’t realize it has artificial sweetener. I purchased in the past but the flavors that i liked were no longer available. I returned most of what I purchased. They are pricey.”

“I always check the ingredient list for stevia versus sucralose when ordering Waterdrop because I can't tolerate the taste of sucralose, and it comes with certain health concerns. Today I noticed the Lemon Lime product tasted different than what I expected, and to my surprise, the box I received has different ingredients from the one I ordered. It contains sucralose instead of stevia. I also noticed on your website that for the Lemon Lime flavor, you are no longer listing the ingredients. Can you address these concerns?”

“It appears all the lemon lime product is all powder, not a solid cube as before. It does not infuse the water, but simply dissolves immediatley. For the price paid, I would expect product consistency.”

“Lemon lime was pure powder. It dissolved instantly but it’s messy. Taxes collected this time as opposed to last time was absolutely crazy! Apple crisp was out in store and online”

“Great bottles, awful accessories, and even worse customer service. Ordered pull up caps for glass bottles I purchased from waterdrop and based on the reviews was expecting at least a product that worked. Caps were useless as no water would come out since they require suction which cannot happen with a glass bottle. Waterdrop made me pay to ship all the useless caps back to them and only after 5 emails with 5 different customer service reps.”

“I still haven’t received my order. It was originally placed on April 4. Today is April 25. You have had two opportunities to send me what I ordered and you have failed both times. We are a household that orders things online regularly. We have never had an issue with a company shipping their product until yours. I would really just prefer you refund what I paid you since you are clearly not capable of fulfilling an order.”

“Slow customer service, ordered April 2, hit lost in the mail or wrong address, not sure. Either way 24-48 hours between email responses meanwhile I'm out of WaterDrop product, told them I'm out, think you would just send another order out overnight. Nope April 20th, still no new order sent out.”

“I am very upset with my order due to the fact that this is the second time I’ve tried to order the peach and again you continue to send me peach ginger where on the box does it say peach ginger and the box is totally different. Please see the photo below. If you don’t have peach, don’t send it. Tell somebody you don’t have peach and just say would you like peach ginger?”
