“I was sent someone else’s order and I am still waiting for waterdrop to respond with a resolution. It has been 2 weeks. Very bad experience so far. Email is only option to contact this company so I have no idea if anyone is even working on my issue or if I will ever receive what I ordered and paid for.”

“Poor customer service - my discount code didn't work and I sent an email within a minute of the order going through - got a response 3 days later that couldn't apply it after the order went through. Seriously, can't refund the 20% discount???”

“While I been using Waterdrop daily for hydration for over a year now sadly my purchasing is coming to an end. I can't understand how this company can't keep the popular flavors in stock. I have 4 flavors that I have been buying since August of 2023 and now I can't buy any of them because SOLD OUT. This is not acceptable. So while I relied on Waterdrop for my daily hydration for over a year sadly it comes to an end. I do not know how this company can improve its inventory but it needs to. “I love the products, but it was not the first time Waterdrop delivered my order with a super delay. This time, it took 30 days. On the other hand, on one occasion, I contacted them immediately because the discount code did not apply and asked them to make the adjustment. The replay came right away and told me No.”
