“I’m Extremely disappointed that the peach iced tea contains the cancerous/toxic chemical of sucralose. Water drop can do much better by eliminating this disgusting sweetener. Know better, do better. I will not buy products with this insidious ingredient.”

“I have been a Water Drop customer for awhile. Love most of their products and was excited to get my new water bottle and spout lid. First time I went to use the lid, leaks everywhere! The bottle is great, the lid - not so much. Can't even use it to drink out my bottle - kinda of the whole purpose of it.”

“I ordered my products on November 20th and tried to see where it was with no success. Then it said delivered on 12-7-23 and never found it. I tried to contact the company for a solution or a refund with no response. Very sad I was really looking forward to trying your products.”

“I ordered on Nov 27th. Tomorrow is December 7th and my order is not shipped and still says unfulfilled on their website. I get a generic auto response from their customer service. Had positive experience with this company initially... not anymore, wouldn't recommend.”

“Waterdrop failed to disclose the P65 warning that accompanies the cola flavor. The cancer warning should have been disclosed with the product description. I would have never ordered the Cola. This is deceptive on so many levels. This is unacceptable.”

“I was very excited to try the tea so I purchased all three flavors; however, I was very disappointed. In my opinion it does not taste like tea at all. All three flavors are pretty bad honestly. I have purchased quite a few of the Waterdrop tablets and this “tea” collection was a rare misstep.”

“I ordered Waterdrop and I tried it and did not like it at all it’s plant based yuk I drink cirkul it’s way better so I tried to return it and there’s no returns so I am out 53 dollars be shure to read the return policy before you place a order it also took 6 days to receive and I had to wait a day to get a return call from a manager who simply said I am basically stuck with the loss of 53 dollars so buyers beware”

“I’m so disappointed. My Lucy cap would never fully charge, and then would only hold its charge for 3-4 hours. I wrote immediately, and it took 5-6 days for ANY reply. During that time, it quit completely. I am still getting dragged around with strung out emails.”

“Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE waterdrop. But my latest delivery arrived with an open package and nothing in the envelope. I reached out to waterdrop and they said they would update me in 1 business day. I didn’t hear back so I reached out again…no reply. So I reached out again…radio silence. I tried calling and their phones are off this week. At this point I really question the company and customer service. I’ve been ordering these since 2020 and am clearly not a valued customer since they have not resolved this issue. If this isn’t fixed I will no longer buy anything from them which is really disappointing to me.”
