I never received my package even though the tracking number says it was delivered. Waterdrop is being very difficult in trying to resolve this… still no package… And, even if it had arrived - it took FOREVER to arrive {which it never did}

Well, $100 for this? It has to be charged every day even though it's used only twice. Otherwise, it starts flashing red during the cycle. I had no expectations I would see/feel any difference in what I was drinking, but it's just not worth $100. Maybe $25 at best if it works.

First, I do love Waterdrop Microdrinks. However, I purchased a Lucy back in November 2022. At first, it seemed like it did not record all of my drinks. Then in January 2023, it got worse, and I would be lucky if it recognized maybe 6oz consumed. I was having to manually add everything in the My Hydration app. I reached out to customer service, who in the past had been great. After much back and forth, with several videos of what was happening, the issue being escalated to the “Lucy smart cap experts”, their response was I wasn’t pressing the button on the cap to pair it. Are you kidding me? It has been showing “connected” the entire time. I’ve manually reset it. I’ve reset it via the cord. I’ve done everything they have told me to, and it still does not recognize 90% of my consumption. Do not waste your money on Lucy! Great concept, but they have majorly failed in execution.

Good concept, but I ordered the Lucy cap and it has not worked since day one. Still waiting on customer service to get back to me.

I bought a new pull up cap for my steel bottle as the original handle broke and it make it harder to carry. While the new one fits, the top does not open all the way making it difficult to drink. There is a plastic insert and if I remove it, then the top leaks. I guess I am now forced to buy a whole new bottle. I have been using waterdrop micro drinks for well over a year and this is my first complaint of any kind.

Very disappointed with my bottle. It leaks. I have contacted customer service but have gotten absolutely no response other than the standard bounce back message stating that my message would be answered within 48 hours. That was many days ago.

These take forever to dissolve in water, taste terrible and are very chalky. Save your money, there are cheaper and better alternatives.

I recently ordered three bottles with the ball cap for each of my children. Unfortunately within the first two days, two of the cabs cracked and broke. I was stunned! Customer service was great about sending me replacement caps. But the third bottle actually just showed up cracked today. I’m not very impressed with the quality of the plastic caps. Also I was hoping that they would be quiet while drinking from them. And they are not. I also noticed that they leak just a little bit when you first turn them upside down, although it will stop and not continue.

Maybe it’s just my taste buds but all three of the electrolyte flavors smell like urine. The other flavors are all great! I love them, and they have really increased my water intake! Unfortunately, I bought four boxes

I got the glass 34oz bottle, and I like the looks of the bottle, but anytime you take the lid off, water leaks off of the mouthpiece and makes a mess. It pretty much leaks every time you take off the lid. The lid needs a rubber seal or something.

My order hasn't been delivered yet. Tracking info last recorded it was in transit on October 5th. It has been 14 days with no update. There isn't a clear way to speak to a person to get this cleared up.

The new breeze flavor is yucky. I can only taste overpowering cucumber, no watermelon, nothing. Ugck! 🤮 I've looked almost flavor except for boost, shiro, & royal roobios tea.

Thank goodness I got the Mello mint free with my purchase....did not like it ....too minty. Otherwise I love all of the other flavors.

Can’t live without it! Water is life: Waterdrop made me love water! No more Diet Soda or Lacroix. I’m drinking and enjoying water now. The flavors are fantastic!
