“As someone who's long been looking for a way to endure drinking more water, I was very excited to find a company specifically created to solve this problem. After an initial snag (USPS having damaged my package), I received my Starter Kit and an extra box of ORO cubes for the trouble. 10/10 for customer service for sure, very well done. After washing my bottle, I lined up all the flavors on the counter to give each a try. The results were disastrous. ORO, ZEN, BOOST, YOUTH all tasted like I just dredged the Everglades, and were completely undrinkable. Only GLOW, LOVE, and FOCUS were remotely drinkable and even then, only with some additional flavor supplementation. I had high hopes for this product as I REALLY need to drink more water and simply can't abide flavorless water. But despite everything else that's excellent about the product/company from the beautiful packaging to the excellent customer service, ultimately the product fails because its mission fails. I didn't drink more water, I threw the Waterdrop water out and made some iced tea. Sadly only one star from me.”

“Your packing is very artistic and the marketing is good, but the products taste awful. I was dismayed to find them smelling and tasting like stagnant water, cat urine and/or the dregs of a diluted glass of juice. These were not refreshing or lovely in any way. I would return them if I hadn't already opened my 12-pack in search of one flavor I could stand. Horribly overpriced and disagreeable product.”

“Showed up quickly. Difficult to open the box. Tablet didn't want to come out of its package. It took over 15 minutesto dissolve and is not very pleasant tasting. Would not recommend and would really appreciate a refund.”

“I saw this product advertised on YouTube. I paused the video and came right to your site. I was so excited about the product. I was reading everything about the products and realized that stevia is in every choice. I’m so disappointed. Why can’t you have a choice with no stevia?”

“I got Youth, Zen, and Nero. They're all sweetened with stevia extract. As I didn't do a through research this is partly my fault but the first page only lists three ingredients and states no artificial sweeteners I assumed that there were only three ingredients. The aftertaste of stevia is gross to me. I managed to dilute it enough to get it down. I'm sure my spouse won't care. The search for sugar sweetened or non-sweetened beverages continues.”

“These things taste horrible! I can’t believe I spent all that money to make my water taste worse. Of course there’s no refund for opened packs. So, how can you try them? I should have know better than trusting a bunch of bogus reviews.”

“The neck of the flask is small, making putting ice in it is hard and inconvenient. The tablets are not very tasty and for the price are not making drinking water any more appealing. I developed some nausea so I cut back to one packet but it is tasteless. Very expensive psych.”

“Please be aware, as soon as you purchase one of these products, you can not make any changes as it magically goes straight to the warehouse to be processed. I called 5 min after an order was placed and was told that i would need to refuse the package and wait a few days after that to get a refund. NO CHANGES CAN MADE - be aware!”

“I bought these as these were recommended by my fav insta influencer, but I am extremely disappointed… these are not natural by far and all have a bitter after taste of artificial sweetner, which is extremely bad,, wont go away soon either. Wont be making any further purchases with waterdrop!”
