I order the classic glass and it was delivered broken i have contacted the company via e-mail and on the web site and have not heard anything from the company so i can't use the product

EXTREMELY unhappy. Zero customer support. The response I received after explaining that I was getting migraines from the product was terrible. Not helpful. They have no desire to resolve an unhappy customer complaint. They are demanding that I pay for shipping BACK TO THEM, for their crappy product. They are selling an overpriced glass bottle with sugar drops. Buyer beware. They will not pay for shipping back or provide a return, even if you have used a couple of drops!!!

I cannot believe that they think they provided an adequate response. I'm a consumer. I am unsatisfied with the product. It definitely promotes migraines for me. I had opened all the boxes and put them into the tube the bottle came in for storage. I've used about 8 maybe? They are seriously asking me to pay for shipping back to them!!! I've owned many businesses and I would never ask a customer to do that. Especially in this case I would tell them to either dispose of the product or donate it etc... I find it appalling that they are refusing to provide a refund unless I comply with their demands.

If I could, if give them a -5 review. I spent almost $100 in product and it take a month to shop. Try green when it's less than 5-10 minutes from my place, i get a notification from UPS that my box is open and empty. WTF?!? Now I get to wait even longer for my replacement

Received shipment with missing 2/3 of the ordered and charged items. Nobody reacted to my request to give me a call or replied to my message. There is no phone no. or a chat option for customer service. The items were poorly packed and shipped in an envelope that was partly ripped but the missing merchandise was never inside, because the envelope could have never hold all the ordered items. It was way too small. Please contact me to either send the missing items or issue a refund. I find it very frustrating to not be able to get in contact with customer service or not to receive a reply...0 stars for that!

Waterdrop How is it you find the time to get on Facebook and answer questions or comment? Why don't you get off Facebook and WORK AND GET THE ORDERS SHIPPED THAT HAVE BEEN ORDERED 6 DAYS AGO! IF YOU GOT TIME TO SIT AROUND ON FACEBOOK YOU GOT TIME TO SEND MY ORDER!!!

Messed up delivery. Took over 2 weeks just to fill order. Have not found a flavor that does not taste like colonoscopy prep. They are nasty. Sorry I made the purchase

I saw an ad for this on YouTube and was very interested, but when I got to the site to look at the starter samples, I was extremely miffed. The price was NOT $38 but $69... and you didn't get SIX boxes of the cubes but only FOUR. What a total rip-off by a bunch of scheming LIARS. Take a great idea and immediately yank the good will people have for you and your products. Why would you do that?

PLEASE READ BECAUSE THIS CONVERNS YOUR HEALTH I was really, really looking forward to this adorable bottle and literally the first day I got it, I heard a concerning crunching/cracking noice when I screwed on the cap and A TINY GLASS SHARD FELL FROM THE BOTTLE. I checked the bottle and cap over and could not figure out where it came from??? I tried screwing it on again thinking it was a one time thing, but literally another crunch and ANOTHER ONE FELL. They're so tiny, as you can see from the picture, and that's so worrisome because I'm thinking it can literally cause internal bleeding/cuts in your digestive system. I usually don't like giving bad reviews if it's just personal preference, but this is literally a health hazard and I think everyone deserves to know. Hopefully it's a unique experience, but still - I'd be careful with this bottle if I were you...

I paid $60 for a pretty glass bottle and 4 boxes of drops. I've tried Zen, Youth, Boost & Glow. The taste is different - but definitely not great. They all have a weird aftertaste. After relentless ad pushes on social media I placed an order and sorry that I did. When will I ever learn to ignore companies that bombard me with ads for inferior products?

I never received my order. I emailed Water Drop and did not receive a response. They sure did charge my credit card though. Their customer service is poor.

This company will take your money never give you the product. I've tried getting in contact but they only have a message center email that never returns emails. They have no phone # for you to actually call and speak to an agent.
