I did not get beach towel and all but one box if waterdrops were missing so many waterdrops only one box had 12 I wrote a message to you through contacts on my order the shipping box was trashed and I got no response.i will give your Co a bad rating on BBB cause no one contacted me on this issue thanks for nothing, Yumiko Williams

Ive been getting waterdrop now for some time and my wife and I love it but my last order was delayed and I received a email from the company saying I needed to contact the Curierthen I finally received my order and it was all crushed and half opened

My package arrived horribly damaged and I reached out to their customer service about it. Caro replied and asked for pictures. After I sent all the pictures from every angle, I didn’t hear anything back. It’s been 11 days since the package was delivered. After purchasing so much from this company, I’m sad to say they lost a very good customer.

I have not received this product since I placed this order more than two weeks ago. I am not pleased that the only way to follow up the status my order is through email in which I have to wait for two days to get a reply. Nice product but poor customer service.

I can't really give this order anything but a 1 because I've tried for over a week now to get a missing second bottle set and I swear I'm being ignored. Never had this issue before with getting replies and I've never had anything missing till this order.

First of all I didn’t receive the water bottles that I paid for and once I tried the product it was just LOVE. I decided that I didn’t want to continue to drink these drinks. I already came out the company and I have not received any information. I need to know how to return this product.

Did not receive, got lost in shipping. I reported in help center x2 have not heard any thing back. First negative experience with product! Even tho delivery is not your product, your choice of delivery and their service reflects on you!

You can have the best product in the world, but does it really matter if your company lacks in the area of customer service? Not for me. When checking out I did not notice you had to accept that you wanted the free gift with purchase. I wanted the sampler pack to try out the flavors and then got two extra flavors to qualify for the free gift. Like mentioned earlier I saw the picture in my cart but did not realize I had to agree to it. In other shopping experiences your gift is just added to your cart. When I sent a message that the gift was missing, thinking it had been an accident, my qualifying purchase was acknowledged but was told there was nothing I could do because of volume of orders That does not make sense! It costs them absolutely nothing to still send it, because but for a click of the button they would of had to send it otherwise. Their response ended in the most condescending way possible by them telling me to be more careful with future purchases. But I assure who ever reads this there will be no future purchases even if water drops made my water taste like liquid heaven.

I do not recommend the Scotria bottle bag. The first time I use it it came apart and fell on to the ground and broken glass bottle. I reached out to get a refund or replace and still had bo response.

Unfortunately I do not like micro drink. I do not like stevia. I will not purchase again. I wish I could return my product.

I would give it a zero if I could. I was influenced by someone I follow and I'm very disappointed in them for recommending this stuff.. its tasteless and way over priced. It's just horrible.

Too expensive for what it is. Sadly they only post the good reviews from their family and friends. Bottles are simple and cheap made but priced too high. Refund not given when you return items only if unopened. But then how will you experience if you like it it not. Sad to say. I’m very unhappy
