“I was skeptical when I first ordered waterdrop. I had already cut out all sugary drinks, but I wanted to stop my use of plastic water bottles. I grew up in South Florida of the Atlantic side, and I hated the plastic that would float by me while I was swimming. Coming from Florida, I have many stainless steel water bottles from a Florida Company, but like many, I am not a big fan of plain water, especially here in Texas. Long story short, I took the chance on waterdrop, and I am so happy I did. I love the flavors, and I can use all my stainless steel water bottles and not use any plastic bottles!”

“Their customer service is tip top! I received my package and was happy with the one “zen” waterdrop flavor I tried and looking forward to trying more, yet the stainless steel bottle, a beautiful pastel turquoise color, was dented. Guess what! I called customer service and they replaced it for free by sending a new one! Above and beyond. Quality of the bottle looks amazing, other than the dent. I’m very excited for the new bottle replacement and so grateful for how responsive and kind their customer service representative James was. Thank you James and Waterdrop! Above and beyond”
