I need to understand how I can make the cassettes last longer

Excellent customer service, however, notification never received that the gauze bag is no longer necessary to be used over the cartridge.

I ordered the WaterGuru because my niece recommended it. As flyer I went online to order it all of the St. Patrick’s ad showed up on my email giving me discounts that included 3 packs of additional sense plus free shipping plus other benefits. I paid the full price plus shipping. Once I saw all of the promotions I contacted WG to see if I could get them. I did get the 3 pk shipped free however feel that I missed out on the additional promotions as a first time customer.

This thing has always been spot on. I do wish it hit a few more measurements but it gives me enough to stay on top of the daily things going on with my pool!

I love my WaterGuru. My pool Water stays crystal clear and is very easy to maintain. The Guru sends me my test every afternoon and I just follow the advice it gives me couldn't be easier. Best investment ever.

WaterGuru is an excellent addition to any pool. Both the sensor unit and the associated phone app work extremely well and keep you informed on Chlorine, Temperature, and Ph levels on a daily basis, as well as alerting you to problems, suggesting solutions, and maintaining a record of your pool chemistry history. The accuracy is excellent--readings by WaterGuru and by a professional pool store have been almost identical. Not only does WaterGuru save time, but it also allows you to maintain proper pool chemistry levels on a more consistent basis. The upfront cost of Water Guru is very reasonable and replacement cartridges provide 8 weeks of readings for only a few dollars a week. All you need to do is check the app for current information, saving time and effort.

I like being able to tell at a glance each morning what my pH and chlorine levels are. That way I can stay on top of them rather than having to catch up to the proper chemical levels.

What they don’t tell you is If you don’t replace the cartridge exactly within two months your device will simply stop sending you the (FC) Free Chlorine reading which is the most important reading to know.

Base unit works well. However i have tried the mail-in “extra” tests (i.e.salt)and have never heard anything in 9months. I have just ordered my second 3pack of cartridges and will continue to use my Guru.

Love that I don't have to worry about testing my pool. I have saved money on chemicals by having strict control. I highly recommend.

I like the system. Have had a couple tests go missing and not get to the testing center. Frustrating. Also the freight on purchases seems very over priced and marked up. I handle a lot of UPS shipments at my employer so I know what the rates are for ground shipments.

The system provides mixed readings at times. Often the home screen does not match the pool status screen. Once you reach 5 weeks of use on a Smart Cartridge, the system does not measure levels every night. Sometimes the system will measure temperature and flow but not free chlorine and pH. The maximum life of a cartridge for me has been 6 weeks.

Love the product. It keeps my pool chemistry in check and provides real time updates of the water chemistry temperature and flow rates when the strainer basket gets full of leaves. I love it and it’s worth the cost.

If you want simple Corinne Tess, it is decent at this. If you want reliable extensive tests that are promised as part of the service, look elsewhere. You are told an average of two weeks for a test and it takes on average two months and by then your pool composition has changed so much, what’s the point.

I had a "glitch" and the Guru team immediately came to the rescue. To the point of, on the ready to replace my entire unit. They resolved the problem and restored the unit. All is well and I'm gratified.
