“Nice website, but earrings in reality smaller than seemed in the photo. Have been receiving tons of email and messages from your website since my purchase. A bit too much and annoying to be honest.”

Hi Cristina, thank you for your feedback. We don't appear to have received any emails from you regarding this and there is also a photo of the item on a model showing the size perspective on the ear lobe. It does state the size of the earrings on the product listing https://www.wearthlondon.com/recycled-gold-circle-stud-earrings?showHidden=true - 'Size - Approximately 11mm Length, earring post. Approx. 8mm diameter.' If the earrings you have received are not this size, please do let us know and we can contact the brand, but I'm afraid that we can't accept returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons. We can of course unsubscribe you from our mailing list if you wish? I will also send you an email with this reply for your reference. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused. “Loved my products. Love how there is such a wealth of choice from this company. Have already ordered twice in a week now and will be back for more orders. My items came quickly....although I didnt realise they came separately from different companies. Its not a problem now I know, but it was my first order and I was worried something was missing on the delivery! :)”
