“fine, arrived fairly quickly and the product quality is great — however. the toothbrush i had on my order didn’t arrive. only a toothbrush so i only knocked off one star, but man. delivering all the things i’ve paid for is the bare minimum. do better lads. also, maybe ship all of the stuff in my order in one go? better for the environment.”

“It's great to find a website offering sustainable products through different suppliers. The process is very simple, the only thing i would ask Wearth to do is to add an option for the consumer to add more than 1 voucher at a time.”

“Not tried my replacement heads yet so can’t comment on them. I was surprised that each head had a hard plastic cover as part of the packaging, Is this really necessary? I would have preferred to have received them in just a cardboard box, after all, we are trying to cut down on unnecessary plastic aren’t we?”

“Jellyfish ceramic airplants are very beautiful and make a great gift. It would be better if the website could have a clear gift option (but thanks to the team for including my gift note anyway!).”

“Beautiful authentic dangling plant pot. Love that it resembles a jellyfish! Wished it came with longer string. Also Had to get a different plant as the first seemed to not grow at all. Think you need to water it as soon as it arrives (bought as Christmas present so didn’t take it out for a while).”

“It was easy to browse the website to look for a gift: there were so many amazing ideas. The site allowed secure payments with follow-up emails coming promptly. I did use customer services (it was in the middle of a postal strike) and they were excellent.”

“I orderes 2 pairs of earings. One of the items I got was just as expected and I love them the others were smaller than expected. Overall the ordering process was easy and the delivery was quick. I would order from them again”
