“Good shopping experience and great range of products. Some items took quite a long time to come, though I realise this is due to their suppliers - perhaps a little more info on the product pages would manage expectations - there are shipping estimates but they weren't all accurate in my experience. Still, I am very happy with all the products and am happy to receive things at different times if it's the most cost- and eco-efficient way for the business to operate. I will definitely be ordering again.”

“Got what I ordered however it would be good to get an email notification when items are shipped as the two things I ordered came separately and I was concerned that the other item has been lost. It turned up 2 days later but it would be helpful to know when to expect the package. I would order again.”

“I ordered a gift set which was delivered very promptly and the recipient was delighted with the content of the box. My only complaint is that having received an order confirmation email from you I then received no further communication regarding despatch and and delivery. It would have been useful to have been kept informed about the delivery process.”

“I’ve used Wearth a couple of times now as I can’t find recyclable toothbrush heads and non plastic floss locally. Overall happy with items supplied and service. More recently my order was short of an item but this was rectified quickly once they were contacted.”

“The option to track my package did not work which was only frustrating to me because the lead time on the item was 21 days, so I was already waiting a long time without knowing where the package was. This is why I only gave 4 stars and not 5. Love the principles of the company, and the products are always high quality. I do think there’s room to expand offerings, especially for the 16-30 age range”
