Haven't received my item, 20 days after the order date. I have contacted Wearth, who are not responding to my emails. Not impressed, taking further action, to get my money back.

Hi Greg, thank you for your feedback, I'm so sorry for the delay in our response, it is very busy our end. We are so sorry to hear that your item hasn't arrived. The brand shipped it the day after you ordered on 4th January. I have sent you an email with the Royal Mail tracking, which is still pending and will only update once delivered. I have contacted the brand for an update and to ask if I can issue a refund to you and will be in touch by email as soon as I've heard back from them. Kind regards, Ginny.

I've made two orders in the past month for some philips sonicare toothbrush heads and twice had the wrong heads sent. I've emailed twice asking to return and refund the order and have had no response.

I ordered 3 dishcloths tin mid December and by mid January they still hadn’t come. I had had no update from the company and so I requested a refund and Wearth told me they had to check with the vendor which I thought was strange. I am still waiting g for my refund although I have been told I will get one

I ordered one simple item 2nd December. It's 22nd December and the item has just been posted by the supplier today. My address was lost, apparently. I did follow up on 13th December, so my email was certainly available, but heard nothing until 21st. Very poor joining up between seller and supplier. It was meant as a Christmas gift but... Evidently, I will get 10% off next purchase if I leave a review. Well, here is the review. I won't need the 10 per cent though. Sorry, I rarely leave poor reviews, but this really was not good.

Hi Sally, thank you for your feedback. The item was originally sent out by the brand by Royal Mail standard post on 2nd December, the day you placed the order. However, as you emailed on 11th December to inform us that you hadn't received your order, my colleague Laura responded to you on the same day and the brand kindly resent it on 12th December and Laura informed you of this on 13th December. I would imagine that it is simply delayed in the post due to the ongoing Royal Mail strikes and you may well end up with 2 items. I'm not sure where you have seen that the supplier posted the item today (22nd)? We hope that the replacement item will arrive with you very soon. We are sorry but the Royal Mail strikes causing the delays are out of our hands unfortunately. Kind regards, Ginny

12 days and no parcels. Allegedly dispatched the day after I ordered them. These are Christmas presents for my daughter who is very keen on sustainable products and seems they won’t be here on time even though the company are still saying order now and it will get here by Christmas. Tracking not working. Ordered something from a different company and it arrived in two days via Royal Mail so strikes should not be an excuse.

I see that my colleague Laura responded to you on Monday by email with the tracking for each item, so we are not using this as an excuse, all items have been shipped on 10th & 12th December (you placed your order on 9th December) and they are in the hands of Royal Mail moving through the postal system, but as you are aware, there are severe delays in many areas. My order was meant to be delivered on 15th-16th Dec, I'm still waiting, so can't review as haven't received it!!

The Evri tracking is showing that it is delayed, the last update was 18th December as follows - 'We've not been able to deliver today due to bad weather in the area. The ring I ordered for my sons birthday was badly warped by the inscription. The inscription was wedged up against the rin and warped the edge. Since sending photos and asking for a way to return and refund I haven't heard from them. Not good quality, doesn't look like it does on the website, not worth the cost, and poor response.

You first emailed us regarding this on 7th December and Laura responded on 8th & 9th December and provided return information to you. You responded to this asking if the brand will cover the return postage and we are still waiting to hear back from them. We can only refund up to the total amount of the order, so we can issue the return shipping cost either store credit if you can create a Wearth account, or a refund via Paypal Send Money. Please go ahead with the return and send us a photo of the return receipt. Please ensure that you return it using a tracked service, as we can't be held responsible for items lost in the post. Hi Leigh, thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry for the delay in our reply, it is very busy in Customer Services on the run up to Christamas. We are sorry that you haven't received your order yet. Looking at the correspondence between you and my colleague Laura, I see that a replacement was sent out to you by the brand on 8th December by Royal Mail 1st Class post, not with a tracked service. I'm afraid that due to the ongoing Royal Mail strikes, many parcels are very much delayed and this is not the fault of the brand. We really hope that your parcel will arrive in time for your daughter's birthday this weekend. It hasn't helped that we have had a postal strike yesterday and today. Despite ordering on 8th October and 3 emails to advise you of this we have still not received our product. We have had more emails asking us to leave a review than help to sort it out so here you go. We would not order from this company again.

It does state on the product listing under 'Delivery & Packaging' - https://www.wearthlondon.com/gold-star-ring?showHidden=true - '3 weeks to be made and posted'. I can see that the order was placed on 18th September and shipped on 5th October by the brand Nouare, so it was sent out in good time by Royal Mail Standard post. Please bear in mind that there have been postal strikes which may have delayed the item, which is not the fault of the brand or of Wearth. I have seen your emails and will now issue a refund for this item to your original method of payment, as we would now consider the item to be lost. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused. Ordered item 10 days ago, payment was immediately taken, I have still not received my item. Inconsistent communication regarding delivery and follow up since I made contact about what was going on. Reference to and contact from another organisation called Arbor Life which I cannot see reference to on Wearth website. Website.

I still don't receive a very important delivery, terrible customer service, can't find any number to call. Don't know what to do as I spent more than 200£ on it.

Hi Araceli, thank you for your feedback. We are an online marketplace and I'm afraid we don't operate a telephone service. We are sorry that the first time around the duvet didn't reach you. I believe that there were 2 parcels & that one was delivered to a service point in error. This query has since been resolved by Wearth and Panda London and you are now in receipt of all of your items. On 30th September you emailed to say - 'Thank you so much for your help, we are so happy with our purchase and buy and promote Panda London and Wearth London'. AVOID… Not great company, ethical apparently but perhaps that’s how they deal with their suppliers not their customers. Issue with an order which happens but shocked at the response back. The cs rep went through how all the issues were down to me and nothing to do with the company. Never been blamed for a websites operations before nor have I had to explain actually how the site worked, but when I pointed out that everything I had been blamed for were actually either technical issues with their site or them not being aware of how their site looks or has been operating, again no apology or even an attempt to make things right… Very passive aggressive responses, ‘we’re sorry if you feel this way’ blah blah, which don’t help but shows a lot about the company, it’s ethics and standards and particularly how it treats its customers. Oh and the reason for my complaint, was a delayed order which they were aware of and I simply wanted to cancel. Money taken out of my account at the date and time of order not on dispatch like most retailers with a hold. Still waiting for my refund now, but money out of my account since 10th August. Ethical companies don’t need to make money from the interest accruing in their account until they pay their supplier…

I already informed you this by email, but to summarise, you placed your order on the morning of 10th August, but the brand was due to go on holiday and the holiday banner wasn't put on the website by the brands team until the afternoon, so you were not notified of this unfortunately, for which we sincerely apologise. Your order was sent out on 18th August upon the brand's return. You had requested to cancel the order, but sadly it had already been shipped, so we had to ask for its return before issuing the refund. You have since received the refund and the matter was closed. Some orders have been delayed in the post due to the Royal Mail strikes and the recent bank holiday. I have asked the brand if we can issue a refund to you now, as per your email request.
