I'm disappointed to have spent £90 on the thinnest chain I have ever seen

Hi there, we are very sorry to hear that you aren't happy with your purchase. It does state on the product listing that the pendant measures 4mm and as you can see from the photos, the chain is a lot thinner than the pendant. Hi there, thank you for your feedback and for your emails, we are very sorry for the delay in our reply, we are receiving a high volume of queries currently and working through them as fast as we can. I can see that your item was shipped by the brand Shop & Sustain on 16th August. I have contacted them for an update. I have asked them if we can issue a refund to you now. I have followed up with them to ask for an update and if they have any tracking information. I will send you an email as soon as I hear back from them. Ordered 2 cleaning items. Simple size sent instead of 500g (price approx £10). Still waiting for reply from online customer service form 10 days later. Looks like lots of marketing but poor customer service.

Only sent me 1 of the 3 things I ordered. I have emailed them to see where the other items are and after a week they still have not responded to my message. Not good customer service.

I can see from the Royal Mail tracking that the items were returned to sender on 7th July and I have emailed you regarding this with the tracking link. I have therefore emailed the brand again to inform them of this. Unfortunately, they didn't respond to my colleague who had been asking the whereabouts of your parcel. Not sure if this is a genuine company. They sent the wrong item and when I told them they initially responded saying they would 'contact the brand'. Not sure what they meant by that but I waited a week and no further information, no refund, item still not delivered. 2 further emails from me asking for an update not answered.

Hi there, thank you for your feedback, we are sorry to hear this. I can see that my colleague Alfie initially responded to you. To explain his reply to you, we are an online marketplace for 250+ UK independent brands who dispatch the items themselves. So Alfie informed the brand Fill that they had sent out the wrong item and asked them to send the correct one and collect the wrong one. Unfortunately, there was a long delay in the brand's reply to him, as not long ago they had an email issue where all of our Wearth emails were going to their junk email folder. This has since been rectified. The brand replied to Alfie that they are sorry that the wrong item was sent, this was an inputting error at their end and they had sent out the replacement on 8th July. I see that he emailed you today to check if you have now received it. Please also kindly let us know if you would like to keep the wrong item, as the brand have said that you can if you wish to. I’ve had no response from Wearth on when my delivery is due. I purchased on the 9th June and had no communications since, despite me contacting them.

Hi Danielle, we are sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I see that you emailed us on Friday 17th June. It is currently taking us 2-3 working days to reply to emails and Wearth is closed on weekends. I see that my colleague Alfie responded to you on Tuesday 21st June and followed up with you and the brand Brushd. Brushd informed him that the tracking was still showing as pending and the item should have reached you by now, so they sent out a replacement to you yesterday. 1st use and so far so poor. Products that have arrived are not best quality and the rest of items simply not arrived after 10 days with no response to enquiry. Disappointed.

As the items were both from the same brand - Miniml, I would have expected them to be sent together, unless one of the items was out of stock. I ordered nearly 10 days ago now and still haven't received it. I emailed 4 days ago and still haven't received a response. I'd appreciate a response on where my order is or a full refund.

I can see that my colleague Farryn responded to you on 1st June with the tracking number, but the item still isn't showing as delivered. Sorry but my first experience with Wearth means I will not be shopping with them again. Customer services (Alfie) were really helpful but in terms of delivery the company have a lot of work to do. They do not send delivery updates or confirmation when the parcel has been delivered, even when it is late and delivered to the wrong address! It was only through contacting customer services that I found out it was going to be late and then that it had been delivered to the wrong address.

Hi there, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the item was delivered to the wrong house by the courier Evri. An automated confirmation email is sent to the email provided on the order, once the order has been marked as shipped by the brand. I would suggest checking your junk mail folder in case it ended up there. The brands are given the option of adding tracking information on the order which you would be notified about, however on this occasion, they didn't provide the tracking number on the order. Each of the 250+ brands uses their own method of shipping and some items are sent tracked and others are sent by Standard post, depending on the value of the item. I'm afraid that we do depend on the customer informing us that they haven't received an item and we then contact the brand who have sent it out for an update. Sent the wrong product. Have been in communication with customer service for over a week without any confirmation that they are going to send me what I paid for! More interested in getting back the wrong product. Very disappointing.

Twice ordered an item that resulted to be out of stock. The second time I was sent a wrong item instead. Customer service not very responsive or helpful.

He offered either an exchange to an alternative colourway or to return the wrong item for a refund, which you opted for. He has informed you that Wearth will refund your return postage cost. We are very sorry that an out of stock item was listed on our website and this has since been removed by Alfie. I'm sorry that you feel that he hasn't been helpful, as he has done everything correctly. The stock showing on our website is connected to each brand's e-commerce store system and they are each responsible for adjusting the stock in or out their end. As each brand tends to sell on a few different storefronts, occasionally stock levels can differ slightly to what is showing at the point of purchase on our website. Hi Lizzie, thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you haven't received your order for 3 items from 3 different brands. I have sent you an email regarding this. We haven't received any email correspondence from you previously about this. I will contact the brands for you regarding the 2 missing items. 2 items were shipped on 28th April - the day you placed the order and the Calm Hand & Body Balm was sent on 29th April by Standard Royal Mail post. I see from the Royal Mail tracking that the shower mitt was delivered on 30th April and the sponge & loofah scourer pack are not yet showing as delivered. I'm really disappointed with the customer service. I ordered products on 6th March and received the wrong items (at a lesser value). The customer service is really slow to reply to queries (longer than the 2-3 days they quote usually) and they still haven't sorted it out over two weeks later. I am left with products I don't want, still no sign of the right ones. I'm sure it's all fine if you get the right order, but if anything goes wrong or you need customer service you'll soon wish you'd never bothered ordering from them.
