I never received my purchase even though the status says delivered. After 3 working days have still not received any response from customer support.

Very unimpressed, product marked vegan - bought it and wasn't until I had used a couple of times that I checked the ingredients and it has beeswax in it! This is the second time I've had issues with Wearth - the first time they sent the wrong product (thankfully that wasn't as serious an issue as this latest).

Items I have ordered have still not been sent weeks later. I have emailed to ask when they will be sent and not received a reply. I want to shop more ethically and sustainably but my experience of shopping with you is hugely disappointing.

My item said 3-5 working days. It’s now been nearly 3 weeks and I haven’t had anything. I’ve contacted wearth a few days ago - they said they’d look into it but haven’t heard anything back from them.

polystyrene chips used in packaging - what is the point of ordering from this eco brand ? then ironically dented tin on next delivery - despite more than adequate packaging

ordered a coconut shell candle says burn time 45 hrs mine only lasted 3 to 4, over priced for this candle.

Awful service. Didn’t say that it was made to order and have had no update for THREE weeks. Can’t track or anything and they won’t refund. Not impressed - don’t shop here!!!

I am afraid my experience hasn't been good at all. Ordered a beautiful linen skirt. Didn't know it would be sent by one of your suppliers. Took 2 months to come (albeit with an apology note), no communication in the meantime, despite me emailing you to find out where it was. It doesn't fit, and I wish to return and that process is slow too - still waiting to hear on how I do it. Not impressed. Such a shame as beautiful website and concept, but will not be a repeat customer.

Ordered a gift 16 days ago, received email 14 days ago to say it had been dispatched, still haven't received it. I have contacted Wearth twice and all I have is an email asking me to review them, so, thus far, they suck.

I have looked into your order 94878 and I can see that unfortunately there was a system error and the order did not upload to the brand's system and was therefore not fulfilled, for which we sincerely apologise. If this is regarding a Tooth order, unfortunately they have experienced a number of setbacks in production and they are hoping to launch as a brand and send out their items at the end of September. Absolutely terrible, I was horrified and very much alarmed by the quality of service or lack of it. What a shambles, you can be sure I will be telling everyone I know to stay away from Wearth.

Hi Alice, we are so very sorry to hear this. The last order I can find from you (by doing a search of your name) on our system is from February 2020 and I am unable to trace any emails via your name from that time, as we used a different system back then. Our new system came in February 2021 when I was employed as Customer Service Manager. Didn't deliver; ignored the problem. After 18 months, the product didn't arrive, I had forgotton about it to be honest. When I was asked to review Wearth London, I thought I'd get in touch with them to find out what happened, and to give them the benefit of the doubt if they complete the order or offer a refund. Their reply: "Thank you for contacting us... We have now paused the review request emails... Kind regards Ginny" End result: £30 down

Hi David, I sincerely apologise, we recently received many emails from customers who had received emails asking them to review items they had purchased a long time ago which was an error and I was responding as quickly as possible to those. I'm so sorry, I didn't read your response correctly and I hadn't seen that you hadn't actually received your item. The brand Tooth have experienced a number of setbacks in the production of their items. I have sent you an email explaining in more detail. While I love your mineral foundation, my whole reason for purchasing it was to switch to refillables. But the bamboo pot doesn’t seem to open so I can’t refill it. I emailed your customer services who said they would pass on the enquiry but I never heard back. Sadly i’ve had to take my business elsewhere now.

Hi Jenni, thank you for your feedback. I have located your order for the mineral foundation - 80059, which was placed back in March. However, I did a search using both the order number and your email address and I am unfortunately unable to locate your email regarding this. We sincerely apologise that nobody has got back to you. In answer to your question, the brand has responded that 'filling the pot for life is very easy. The shifter pushes in. If the customer feels at the top of the pot there is a slight lip.
